"Very nice little place! It was hoppin' busy when we went, had to wait maybe 10 minutes in line but got a table quickly, fast service! It was my first time having Russian food, and I really enjoyed it! The peroshki from the bakery were so good! We had beef and cheddar, potato, and mushroom styles. The mushroom was soo mushroom forward, yum yum! Borscht was delicious! Very dill herb forward, nice stewed cabbage and tomato was still a bit of bite, very nice texture. Came with a really nice house bread, medium brown similar to a rye. We got the boiled dumplings, potato filling, for non-Russian familiar similar to pierogi but boiled. They were good! Fried onion on top and sour cream was delicious. The only thing I knock it for is the fried items were pretty old and sitting around, weren't heated up at all. The flavors were great but texture and taste was more gummy and oily. We brought some home to heat up and it was much better roasted a bit."
