"This restaurant is really really nice. But hard to find. Tip on how to get there. Walk into Star Diamond Jewelry store go to the back and take the elevator to 3R and the restaurant is right there. Anyways the restaurant is beautiful. There are really nice murals decorating the walls. The waitress was really nice. She even gave me a candle for my piece of cake cause it is my birthday. But there was no one there when we were there not sure if it was cause it was Tuesday night maybe they have a bigger crowd at lunch or later on in the week. But people are really missing out that don't come here. The food was so delicious. And the prices are pretty reasonable. It isn't over priced for a meat restaurant (especially for Manhattan). And they even offer Prime Rib if you are looking for that.. but it is expensive. But besides things like the Prime Rib you can get most entrees here for $20-$30. And I highly recommend the borscht which will run you $7. But it's worth it."

Hidden away and hard to find but it felt like a treasure hunt. The food is old and there were 3 pieces of meat on top of the pilaf rice, the meat was over cooked and like rubber. The rice was delicious and oily.

I ordered the bark babs and got 2 slag-noble with 1/3 of them are indigesible fats. I never had to use ketchup with kebabs in other restaurants, but these had so little taste, it required it! it was served with only one atn. very unsatisfactory meal. next time I will go to the 10 blocks to colbeh!

The food was delicious, unique and authentic. The portions were not particularly generous, but sufficient. The shurpa soup was very tasty, and the Manty (steamed large beef dumplings) were delicious. The decor is simple and homey, and the waitress was very friendly. Only the prices were more than I expected. View menu

there are more expensive kosher restaurants in manhattan, but there is no better one. taam tow is the perfect place for a fast bite or an extended meal. everything is coming out quickly and the service is great. the prizes are fantastic and eat more. if they are ever somewhere near the diamante district, please look up for the sign and visit this restaurant. the meat soup, the dumplings and the kebabs are a perfect meal.

This is an absolute gem in the heart of the diamond district. These are a few of my favorite things A beef kebab that melts in your mouth easier than cheese in a fondue pot. A meat pastry (manty? that comes to life in your mouth especially when you drown it in the tangy sauce they serve with it. A very light and refreshing Russian lemon soda drink. A loaf of incredibly crusty bread that I devoured in its entirety all by myself (not my proudest moment . A panoramic view of a street that still feels like the city I used to visit as a kid.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
