"I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid, and I've usually had a good experience with the food. However, my last visit was very disappointing. I ordered two slices of pizza—one cheese and one pepperoni—along with some dough nuggets. The girl who took my phone order said it would only take 10-15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later, only to be told it would be another 15 minutes. When I returned, they said it would be an additional 5 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 15 again. I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes, only for them to inform me they didn’t have any cheese pizza, so I reluctantly chose sausage instead. To top it all off, the dough nuggets were overcooked and hard. I won’t be coming back until they improve their service."

"ordered 5 sandwiches 2 blt, 2 mancini clubs, and a meatball and an salat got something not blt. not sure what it was, but looked like a buck slop. if they complained, would not be a credit or refund. disgusting. had to make another trip and had to wait again until 2 new sandwiches had to be made and false returned. no compassion. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, it was said that she will tell you the same thing. low customer service. definitiw not customers first and terrible service."

"Hubby and I walked in and noticed the sign said Wait to Be Seated . Therefore, we waited. The female employee behind the counter told us to sit anywhere we would like. Then a the server (female) informed us that we couldn 't sit just yet because we needed to order our food at the counter because she 's not serving anymore tables. Oh my...the delivery was not the best at all. We took a deep breath and walked to the counter to order our pizza. The gentleman we talked to was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience. We told him we made a reservation, he checked us in and took our order and said he wants this to be a great experience. Our pizza came out and it was excellent. It was a Saturday evening and not many guests were there. However, two employees who I 'm sure clocked out were acting rambunctious as they were sitting at the bar. The ambiance wasn 't great and maybe that 's why there were many orders for delivery."

"Saw a recommendation for this place and we wanted a cozy and filling dinner that wouldn't break the bank. This absolutely delivered. The service was so good. Our server was so attentive and kind. She apologized that our soup and salad took a few minutes, but we were still eating our appetizer (the Eggplant and Cheesy bread so we didn't care. Food was so good! We had the delicious aforementioned appetizers and soup/salad, and then ordered Chicken Parm and the Lasagna Roll Dinner. The portions are MASSIVE and for $17 to get that big of a portion, 2 garlic bread, and soup was incredible. Our meal INCLUDING wine and apps was $65. We're going back! And we both have other entrees we want to try. And sometime we'll try their pizza."

"Every time I have ordered they mess it up somehow. I ask for thick crust every time I get a thin burnt crusts. Place is run by kids they don't even confirm the order or address. I asked for hot peppers in a cup on the side but maybe that was too difficult because they put it on both sides of the pizza with two different halfs. I ordered thick crust and peppers on the side because it was my grandma's 100 birthday and she can't handle spicy or crunchy food. Most of my orders take place on the weekends and if I call vavk with an issue these kids just lie and say there's no manager there and hang up with out asking why really had a terrible experience overall my order was good maybe 2 out of 10 orders if you're lucky. "The food itself was excellent ribs were juicy with great sauce, tater tots were fresh and hot, the calamari was too. The drinks were a little less inspired, with one tropical drink being too sweet and bland and one scotch served neat (but ordered with an ice cube . The waitress was very nice and helpful. The reason for four stars instead of five is mainly the fact that the men's room was filthy and not maintained at all (looked like a stadium or bar bathroom on a Saturday night! ."

"Two weeks prior, I had a full sized calzone. It was delicious. Straight from the oven, buttered on the outside, grey milted cheese with pepperoni and another meat. Delicious! Wish I had stopped after a half, but it was just too good. But it was just too much for going back to work. This visit I did the pizza lunch special with a very tasty thin crust slice great melted cheese and generous pepperoni. Came with a salad. I chose the Greek salad. The order taker recommended the balsamic dressing. Great choice. Good sized salad and very tasty. Also came with a soft drink. I hear their Philly steak sandwich is the best. . . next time!"

"Recieved a gift card for this place for xmas. Had never been so I checked out their website and menu. Nothing noted as gluten free? Okay... searched for an allergen breakdown that all restaurants are required to have.... nothing? Okay... no big deal. Celiac and gluten free are so prevalent now I figured someone there must know if there are gluten free options. So we called... no one even knows what gluten is?? Okay. Done. Got the kid a burger and giving the rest of the gift card to the older one. Ridiculous. Nobody gives a about what 's vegetarian or not. Anyone who doesn 't eat meat can easily identify what is and is not meat. People with gluten sensitivity cannot tell what has gluten added or not added. It is very easily hidden under natural flavoring in many things. Come on. Do better for people with allergies who want to also enjoy your food."

"The food and service has always been spectacular. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because last night we ordered a stuffed pizza which we were under the impression it came with cheese on top. We have ordered this exact pizza with the same VERBATIM 2-3 times now and haven’t had any issues. We received the pizza and it had sauce on top instead of in the middle. When we called to inform the staff that the pizza we ordered was incorrect, we basically were told that we were in the wrong. No solution was offered to fix the pizza and I thought that was a little weird. I’m not going to hold it against them or anything, I will definitely re-order. I just wish it was corrected when we called in to make them aware of the situation. Again, I’ll still order because they’ve always had great customer service and food! However, yesterday was a little odd"

"I tried Aurelio's pizza and it was good, but it wasn't the same as the usual Aurelio's pizza. The pizza had three different types of cheese but very little sauce. It was a disappointing experience and I won't be returning to this place. I ordered a medium-sized thin crust pizza with peppers and mushrooms. I was charged $6 for pepperoni and $3 for mushrooms, but there was no pepperoni on the pizza and it was mostly mushrooms."

"came here to dinner and waited only about 15 minutes on the weekend. we have the roasted ravioli and bbq boneless wings for the appetizers. the ravioli was very good and the boneless wings had a lot of sauce. the ranch was also very good. I also have a red line drink. it was phenomenal. pizza was really good! I've got the pfeffer sprouts and throw filled crust. had a lot of taste and meat. I'm so good. many of the cheese ended under the pizza while on the leaf, but it was still good."
