"Legal Seafood is always good but in my experience the Peabody Northshore mall is the best. We were celebrating a birthday and given a great table. Our server Lori Ann was outstanding. She paid attention to the little details and made the experience special. Legals is the only place I feel comfortable ordering oysters because I know of their standards. The oysters were great. Our fish entrees were generous and cooked to perfection. The accompanying sides delicious and healthy. The desserts scrumptious and decadent. Legal s at the North Shore mall is very special."

"We enjoyed our meal, but items that were available gluten free in the past have were not available this time, and we were unable to ascertain whether this was a one time issue, a supply chain issue, or permanent. Since one of the reasons we like Legal is that they had a lot of GF options that are not widely available elsewhere, we were disappointed and are concerned that they may have changed something we really like about them"

"I thought it was a lovely place to enjoy some history and a meal. Hostesses could have been more friendly. The waitress was fabulous. The food was okay to very good, but not great. The lobster rolls, both hot and cold, were very good, and so were the oysters. The mac and cheese with lobster was good. The broiled scrod, crab cakes and clam chowder were bland and just okay. The shrimp with sea scallops was the best meal at the table, and we would buy it again. Given all this, I would pass going to this restaurant again if I came back to Boston, and hence my 3 star rating."

"Fav dive bar! The bartenders are great! Love the different kinds of whiskey. They have a small Jimmy's menu with delicious pizza and breadsticks. Popcorn and other good dive bar snacks. The schedule has different kinds of events all week. Tuesday for Karaoke is a must go for the week. It has great sound, excellent DJs like Sam, and a lot of fun. It has a stage with lights for singing, or you can choose to sing from the floor. They have Mrs. Pac-Man, pinball, and darts as well."

"Had the number three, a prosciutto Parma sub and it is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Fantastic fresh baked bread, high quality meat and cheeses make a phenomenal combo. I also always have to get a few of the fresh baked Demi-baguettes and one generally doesn’t make it home they’re so good. Ignore the other reviews about bad customer service, they service one or two orders at a time and finish those before starting another so while it may seem like they’re “ignoring” you they’re just making sure that what they’re currently working on comes out perfect."

"communicated at the beginning of the meal that we share a series of directed sporadic. There was never the order two, because our server had only returned to the table once in the evening; was never able to order more than one drink from the same ground. I say that this is a Boston store, so I'm sure I have only one other palette, but I felt that the few dishes we were able to try were very poor in taste. the hummerbisque had hardly any cream in it definitiw left much to wish."

"The first time here last week and it won't be my last! First I have seen other reviews and some comments at the prices. Yeah, it's a bit higher than a Frosty Mill or Pine Shack BUT it's worth it. I always try something basic when I go somewhere new and I have the mushroom pork. The Patty was thought and juicy and perfectly cooked. Extra toppings were on the side I really liked because I wanted to try it first. The part was excellent for me, the pommes were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I wish I caught the server name. She was fantastic and very welcoming! I can't wait to try more things on the menu here!"

"I've never been disappointed with eating legally. a good test for me is the RI-Kalamari. perfect snap. never chew. I usually come back to legal for the calamari and the crab cake. I tried the garnel pad thai this time, although not authentic thai, was quite tasty and garnel. is always perfect with a nice snap on legal, no matter what I order. my favorite part of today's meal was the boston cream cake (they called it cake and it's huge to share enough for the two of us. it was the most satisfying and tasty desert I had in very long time. dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with heath bar... I didn't even want to make a picture. my wife and I swallowed it so fast. server was fantastic (mikaela? . only withdraw was price. felt it was high for portion size."

"So really, I would say this was 3.5/5. I ordered 3 cupcakes (red velvet, peach cobbler, soc it to me), and an oatmeal raisin cookie. The cupcakes were moist and the cream cheese frosting was good. I was very disappointed with the soc it to me (spice cake, pecans, cream cheese frosting). My cupcake was a plain vanilla cupcake with cream cheese frosting and pecans. I was looking forward to the spice cake, so that was disappointing. The cookie was not my cup of tea. Sweets are subjective, but I think it was lacking in cinnamon (I didn’t taste any). This place is definitely worth a try, even though my personal experience wasn’t perfect."
