"We made a reservation for six and arrived right on time, where we were seated promptly. We had a cozy corner bench with one person at the table. The menu was easy to read and offered a wide variety of choices. Our waiter was extremely accommodating. My Mexican husband said the food tasted very authentic—one of the best meals we've had here in the states. The decor created a comfortable atmosphere, and the rest of our party felt the same way. We will definitely be returning!"

"Casa Bonita is a lovely Mexican restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is lively, and they serve delicious food and drinks. Although the steak I ordered initially was tough and full of fat and gristle, the server quickly replaced it with a perfectly cooked and tender steak. The manager also came by to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The customer service was excellent, and I would definitely return to Casa Bonita."

"We traveled from Arkansas to meet family for a weekend getaway, and sadly, dining at this restaurant was the low point of our trip. We chose this place because of its 4-star rating, kid-friendly atmosphere, and the expectation of enjoying chips and salsa. However, only the kids finished the chips and salsa. While the prices were typical, the portion sizes were disappointingly small. My son ordered the Mexican pizza from the kids' menu, which turned out to be merely three chips topped with ground beef and melted cheese—definitely not the pizza we expected. I opted for the lunch fajitas, but they were dry and consisted only of chicken and onions, with no peppers at all. I left feeling quite hungry due to the tiny portion sizes. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, and I can't understand how it has a 4-star rating."

"Reservations probably not required​, place wasn't busy when we went. Poblano enchiladas were excellent, as were the Rincon enchiladas. The squash and asparagus which came with the enchiladas were outstanding, smoky and of perfect texture. The salsa with chips was also smoky and flavorful. Presentation was colorful. Only negative: the enchiladas were not particularly hot when served."

"Me and my wife were on the hunt for some good food and a good special to go with it on a Monday evening. El Rincon popped up as the spot. First off, the chips and salsa were so good that it's easy to polish off a basket of warmed freshly made tortillas chips with salsa that's good enough to drink. Happy hour is all day on Monday's so I got a couple $3 drafts that were fresh and cold (some people know what fresh draft beer is compared to flat draft beer). My wife got a blended margarita that was great for $5. We shared the chicken fajitas meal that we were telling ourselves were some of the best authentic fajitas we had in a long time. The Charo Beans that come on the side were something that were a stand out two thumbs up. The only thing I did not care for was the rice, but I'm not a big rice person to begin with so I may not be the best critic when it comes to that department. Our bill was $30 so I was doing my happy dance for great food and drinks for a great price. Seems that this place has a good special for any day of the week except Sunday from what I recall. We will plan another trip with the kids sometime in the near future."

"This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, and we decided to have lunch delivered for 8 people. Most of us opted for fajitas or a taco salad. A few people wanted to order tacos, but the website wouldn't allow them to do so. The food arrived 45 minutes after ordering, and everyone received their meal except for one person who was missing their side of avocado. The fajita orders with beans were a bit messy, as the beans had spilled inside the containers. However, overall, the food was warm and delicious, and everyone enjoyed it. We're giving 4 stars because of the missing avocado and the messy beans, but we believe it could have been a result of the delivery process rather than the restaurant's fault. We will definitely order from here again."

"This is a relaxed restaurant that offers genuine homemade Tex-Mex flavors. The corn and flour tortillas are made fresh by hand, and they're incredible! "On labor day we went to Gorges restaurant on Bell St amarillo TX and we ordered a beef molcajete minutes later we received a chicken molcajete we had asked for a full beef plate with no chicken. Moments later we received a visit from the manager of the place and he said “Do you have a question?” I was confused and I realized it was because of the beef/chicken mix up. He had asked if I had a question instead of “Hello Mr Customer my name is ___ I am the manager of this restaurant and I understand we have a confusion but I am very sorry for that poor presentation of our establishment.” I explained the situation and then he said that “there was nothing we can do and that we cannot change the menu.” In other words he was saying “ I know you do not like chicken but now you have to have it and then pay for it, I do not care” If I had a restaurant of this level I would have never accepted a manager with this low level customer service skills and no talent to mediate misunderstandings. Instead I would hire somebody with charisma and a smile and ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and be able to problem solve not just say “there is nothing we can do.” A better display of actual good management training would be “I am sorry we had a misunderstanding but the policies of this restaurant do not allow me to change the menu but can I help you with another dish that contains the meat of your preference” Or possibly this “ The policies of this restaurant said not to change the menu. But for the present lack of good communication between you and the server I am going to make an exception and give you the all beef, but the plate will be more expensive is that all right?” That would have been perfect and a lot better than “THERE’S NOTHING WE CAN DO” Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"We enjoyed a family dinner on the terrace with the kids. It was wonderful! We had queso and a variety of entrees, all of which were delicious. "I ordered a chile relleno and before I did I asked the waitress did it come with ranchero sauce she said yes. Well it was bought to me with Nacho cheese!! Yuck when I saw it I told her she said it comes with ranchero sauce. She took it back and you can hear the cook upset and yelling. She brings it back with rancho sauce on top of the nacho cheese!! Who does that!? Nobody makes rellenos with nacho cheese at least not no authentic Mexican food. The rice and beans were not hot they were less than warm. My daughter didn’t touch her food and I left almost all of mine.. Not a good spot!"

"This restaurant in Addison is a excellent spot for lunch. I know it might sound surprising, but I really enjoyed their chips and the rice was fantastic. I ordered spinach and cheese enchiladas with refried beans and rice. The server was friendly and attentive, constantly refilling our chips, salsa, and drinks. "This place been goin down hill for years. Fajitas ordered 4 out of 5 times were beyond horrible. The last one was the last straw. I got a double order and half the meat was so tough I couldn't even chew threw it. Not to mention it wasn't even able to be cut with a knife. Save your money and teeth the trouble. "Stopped in here for dinner on our way to a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. Even though we came in on a Saturday night, we were seated quickly. Service was very friendly and food and drinks came out quickly. There are complementary chips and salsa, and both are very good. Chips are thick and crunchy. I had the spicy skinny margarita, which was fantastic. My wife had a Paloma, which was also very good. Big menu with standard Tex Mex options, which is a good thing! My wife had the deep-fried mini tacos from the appetizer menu (similar to Jack-in-the-Box, but actually homemade and tasty), and I had the combo plate with enchiladas and a beef fajita taco. Highly recommended if you’re in the area looking for a good Tex-Mex dinner!"

"I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my recent visit was a disappointment, especially since I had recommended it to friends and brought a group with me. For starters, the air conditioning seemed to be broken, as it felt like 90 degrees during both of my last two visits. We ended up waiting almost an hour because they gave our table away. My order got overlooked, and when it finally arrived, the cheese was spoiled and it was inedible. They did comp my order, but overall, it was not a good experience. I hate saying this because their salsa is the best in town and I typically love this place."
