"This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, and we decided to have lunch delivered for 8 people. Most of us opted for fajitas or a taco salad. A few people wanted to order tacos, but the website wouldn't allow them to do so. The food arrived 45 minutes after ordering, and everyone received their meal except for one person who was missing their side of avocado. The fajita orders with beans were a bit messy, as the beans had spilled inside the containers. However, overall, the food was warm and delicious, and everyone enjoyed it. We're giving 4 stars because of the missing avocado and the messy beans, but we believe it could have been a result of the delivery process rather than the restaurant's fault. We will definitely order from here again."

The food at this restaurant is good, but nothing overly remarkable - just your typical Tex Mex fare. However, the service is incredibly slow.

The restaurant offers good drinks and okay food. The service was excellent, but the building is in need of maintenance. We had reserved a room for a family gathering and were disappointed to find leaks from the ceiling due to the HVAC system. We had rented this place a few years ago and it was great, but now repairs are necessary. The elevator was not working, making it difficult for those who couldn't climb the stairs. A few years ago, my husband had a fall on the slippery wooden stairs during a humid day. We wished the elevator had been functional to avoid such incidents.

My guest and I have really good meal however is some of my food was a little lukewarm to almost room temperature and I wasn’t happy with that. Most of our drinks weren’t as strong as they usually are. I don’t know if it was just because it was happy hour or not Than that, Roberto was very kind and observant to what we needed friendly and hospitable. The only thing that I was not happy with was trying to validate my ticket which we thought we did before. We left only to find out that we had to pay an eight dollar fee for less than two hours for our parking because the machine did not validate our ticket in the restaurant.

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
