"I just had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I've been addicted to their chicken cracklings for months, stopping by to buy them almost every week. Today, when I asked the woman behind the counter for a pound of chicken cracklings, she went to the back to check and returned to tell me that none were cooking at the moment, but she would make some for me. I thought that was great and decided to wait in my car, which was parked right in front of the door, making it easy for them to see me from the register. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went back inside only to be told that they still didn't have any chicken cracklings. It seems like they just let me sit in my car without bothering to update me. At this point, they've lost my business, and I definitely won't be returning. Ever."
