"While their food is still pretty decent, their hours are always changing in the morning. I drive thru on my way to work at 430—445. Depending on what I order they will change their mind if they are open or not. They should consider changing their hours online if they are not going to adhere to them. Had my final straw this morning and won’t be going back again"

"Visited on Friday Morning 08/19/2022. I placed my order at the drive thru at the window. The girl who took my order was too busy chatting with the two boys behind her. I was not greeted with a hello or how can i help you. Just a blank stare. I had to repeat myself multiple times. When she handed over the bag. I didn't get a thank you, or a have a great day. Nothing. She just closed the drivethru window in my face without a goodbye. I drove home and realized that my kid's donut holes were missing from the order. Donut holes are now priced at 2.25/dozen. Insane. customer service is really important. There's three employees standing around having a conversation at the window and none of them decided to check my bag for accuracy. That's NOT EVEN doing the bare minimum at a drive thru. You should get Zero stars. I am never coming back."

"Older white gentleman at the register maybe the manager or owner overcharged me doubled the price ,luckily I caught him on it before he ran my card. He tried to act like he didn't know that he was double charging me $30 for 4 kolaches. He knew exactly what he was doing he literally typed it on the machine.I was wondering why I saw him looking at me strange must have been assuming that I wasn't going to miss the money and just take the up charge. Sketchy place never go here."

"I’m currently waiting for a dozen glazed donuts, and it’s becoming quite frustrating. It’s ridiculous that they’re unprepared on a Friday, and I can’t believe I might have to cancel my order in just a few minutes. At least the staff is pleasant despite the situation, but with such limited hours, there really is no excuse for the delay."

"I had beignets at the Westheim location and ordered the full set (4 pieces) for about $6-$7. They also offer a half order for $4. The beignets were hot and quite large, and I probably would have preferred the half order instead. The staff was friendly, and our food was served promptly."

"I was told to go to this place that they have really good Donuts. On the front of the door it says that masks are required. Not one person in the establishment is wearing a mask. Covid should be taken seriously. Don't sell mask and your establishment itself doesn't force employees to waer them."

"Very good kolache and doughnut shop. They have a great variety of kolaches. I 've never seen some of the combinations available cheese grits (yum! . They offer 2 sizes in some of the kolache flavors and the small sizes are decent size. Personally I don 't care for the kolaches; they are too 'doughy ' for my taste. The doughnuts are light, flavorful and delicious but come before 9 because they run out of a lot of the doughnut flavors by then. There are also croissant breakfast sandwiches (ham swiss is a popular one in my house , cronuts and 2 flavors of doughnut holes (glazed and red velvet . They prepare speciality coffees and also have refrigerated items with milk, juices, etc. The the employees are pleasant. The restaurant is always clean. If you have the Five Stars rewards app it is accepted. You earn points for a free doughnut/s, kolache/s, doughnut holes and iced coffee. They also will reward a surprise limited time offer for BOGO free kolache in the app."

"The donuts tasted like day old donuts and it’s 7:30 in the morning. I don’t mind a day old donut, I can just throw it in the microwave but I paid for a FRESH donut and not a discounted day old donut.The donut is dense and slightly stale, not like a fresh soft or sometimes even warm donut that you would expect to get in the morning. I’m giving it 3 stars because I don’t want to be too critical on them for this misstep.It is however bad business to serve old donuts to customers expecting a fresh product. I won’t be returning to this location again."

"I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese kolache, which turned out to be just potato and egg—it was okay, but not what I expected. I also tried the red velvet donut holes, but they tasted like regular donut holes with pink glaze. I was hoping for something more unique. While the donuts were tasty, the pictures and variety of options made me expect more than what you'd find at an average donut shop."

"I did a delivery pick-up here. Employee informed me that they were out of breakfast burritos. I explained to employee that I was a delivery driver not the customer. He kept insisting for me to choose a replacement item. I asked him to please call the customer and tell them. He couldn't find the number so I called from the app.The place isn't very clean on the inside. The outside plaza looks nice so I expected the same for the inside."

"So many local donuts in the cypress area yet alone off Fry road between 290 to 529.This place really peaked my interest with their kronut holes and they were delicious but a little on the sweet side. Something to think about if you are a crazy sweet person. Their Vietnamese coffee is tasty and not bad at all for a donut shop. Kolaches and donuts all taste fresh even when I come later in the day. I was able to speak with either owner or manger not sure who but they knew a lot and I forgot to ask who they were. We didn't finish our donuts and had 2-3 leftover for the next day and it wasn't that hard as other donut shops would have been. They told me they use premium Ingredients which maybe true if donuts were still soft the next ?Great food, drinks, and customer service. Just know not every donut place will be the same everyone has their own niche."

"The blended coffee is fantastic, but unfortunately, it's only available in a large size, which means I can't always justify spending five dollars on a coffee. I also wish they offered glazed chocolate donuts. The staff is very friendly, and although they're not the quickest, they always apologize for any delays."
