Without the chance to sample, I had to choose my flavor based solely on guesswork, which ultimately left me disappointed with my selection.
When I discovered that the flavor I chose didn’t meet my expectations, I asked if I could exchange it for something else or even get a refund. However, I was told that they couldn’t accommodate my request since I had already taken a spoonful. It’s frustrating that they prioritized a plastic spoon over customer satisfaction. A simple solution would have been to provide me with another spoon or a small cup for sampling, rather than wasting both the product and my money.
Overall, my experience at Frost Gelato was lacking in several areas. The high prices, insufficient portion sizes, and poor customer service left a lot to be desired. I would hesitate to recommend this gelato shop to others, as there are certainly better options that offer greater value and a more enjoyable gelato experience."
