"I'm giving them a three star because their service needs to improve. We have been coming to this place for about 6-7 years and the sushi is on point. However after the pandemic their wait staff and service has been way too slow. I would understand if the restaurant was packed full of guests and the food got delayed, but we (two of us) went in around 3:30pm on a Sunday and there were only two couples. One table got served with their appetizers and it looked like the other had just ordered. As we were ordering another group of 4 guests come in and they got their appetizers and their main meals with sushi way before ours. It took them over an hour to make two sushi rolls and two nigiri sushi?!Our server was nowhere to be found and didn't check to refill my hot tea. It was never like this before. Couple months ago I did a take out order and again, it was a two hour wait to pick up the food when they originally said 45min. I think the manager was there and she gave us miso soup for the inconvenience. So I think the team is aware that their service is slow but it seems like it hasn't been fixed. I recommended this place to family and friends and they too are telling me the same feedback."
