"The service was abdominal, it took forever to get served and once we were we needed to send back our drinks several times. The food we ordered didn't come out correctly. We had to ask over and over again for water, napkins, ketchup, soy sauce, etc. We asked several times for additional wasabi and ginger, it never came. Then they had the nerve to put a 20% gratuity on our bill, while telling us some of the meals were in special, and we should really tip on the full bill! These new owners don't want to be in the restaurant business, why? When we asked to speak to a manager, no one came. It's unfortunate as it used to be our go to place."
