Warren Duck Club - Menu

Down, down, down. I remember the Duck Club in its glory days years ago. A long time, and wow, what a change. The food was bad, the service not much better, the atmosphere disappointing. Never again, even at a discount from Groupon.

we didn't show up, we ordered room service. at closing in minen, so not much expected. we were pretty surprised. I had the basil artichoke pasta, it was quite delicious overall, but intentional (and bring a box mint) when it says garlauch butter sauce wow! it was a bit overwhelming. all came hot and fast. was one of the better Hilton brand room service menus we had.

somehow the worst service I've ever had. I think it was more the waitress than the restaurant itself. only three tables in the restaurant. She didn't ask if we wanted to drink. I said a well-made burger would take minutes. because I wanted to cook it like that when the burger finally arrived without the cheese and speck I had ordered, she took it back and repaired it? nope brought me a plate with speck and a disc cold cheese. I can only say what the hell happened to the warren duck club. we probably haven't eaten there for long and thought we'd stay in the doubletree and enjoy a Valentine's dinner in the wdc. what a massive disappointment. the service is disjointed, uncoordinated and only subpar best. the food was mediocre and did not come close to what we remembered at the duck club. today morning to the breakfast was a farewell service that learned an almost food place (I would have a local IHOP crew over the current wdc. the lessons learned would not come back.

No Service. We went into Warren Duck Club Saturday night. We had reservations, but they weren't busy anyway. After waiting at the front of the restaurant for several minutes, someone finally came over to us and took us to a table. We were given menus, but not really greeted in any way. We say there for at least minutes with no acknowledgement. No one came to take our drink order or anything. We ended up just getting up and leaving and no one even tried to talk to us or stop us as we walked out. I'm sure the food is great, but the service was terrible!

Never. for the second time, we decided to eat in the restaurant as we were hotel guests. the first time we were told that several menu items were not available, and the waiting staff was neither apologetic nor helpful. but we wanted to try again today and guess what? almost a repeating performance. even though the lunch hours around the hotel are booked when we returned our lunch at the waiter from the kitchen to tell us that it would wait a minute to get our sandwiches because the cook was so busy with breakfast. we went out and will not come back. the food industry is based on hospitality and quality, both...more View menu

Bad reviews??. Well I'm certainly glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews that it got! My husband I went here on Thursday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary just as we did yrs ago. We had a FANTASTIC experience. We did have to wait a mins to be seated but well worth the wait! Our server was Hamid he made the dining experience WONDERFUL. He was very attentive funny, brought out our whiskey shrimp, followed by the duck w/sauces on the side and wonderful dessert. Food Service?. If you truly enjoy food or good service run, not just walk, from this place. Why this restaurant is still open is way beyond my understanding! Bought dinners through Groupon and was totally disgusted the time we dined only two other couples there while we were there and not only was the food horrible and COLD, the service was terrible as well. Then they hit us with a rediculous bill! Debated on whether it was worth it to go back a time, even though we had bought the groupon coupons. Rave. I have to rave on Warren Duck Club. We've been there enough times that the kids request it. The service is slow, but that is intentional. This is a fine dining restaurant. My husband and I always split the meals, but with the starters, soup and salads, we can never even finish a whole meal. I've never had a bad meal there! And I've had almost everything on the menu! Not only that, but they constantly bring us food. Delicous sourdough bread with creamy butter. The kids devour it. Despite sharing our meal, they bring two salads, they bring soups for the kids.
