"cuvee ray is a must for wine and food lovers. chef joey churchman is a star. we followed him from his own restaurant, bramble brine to buttery in lewes and now cuvee ray. every dish is beautifully presented. the deckle is a ruffle. we also had the charred nuts sprouts, warm kale salat and teliolini pasta with sparing and mushrooms. I appreciate options as a vegan. the back room has its own dining room for large groups. Live music on Friday and Saturday evening in the room/bar. the service is also top notch, so don't hesitate!"
