"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food, atmosphere, and staff are all fantastic. I've visited twice, and both times Brittany Kelley, the server and cashier, remembered my order. She's incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the dining area to the kitchen. The chicken soup was amazing and really helped with my sinus issues and cold. I just wish it were closer to my home, but the drive is definitely worth it!"

"We were really looking forward to our visit. We ordered a straightforward meal: scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon for both of us. Unfortunately, they forgot the bacon, and the eggs didn’t have any cheese. When we pointed this out, they offered to either take my eggs back to add cheese to the already cold eggs or bring out cold cheese to sprinkle on top. I politely asked the waiter if he had ever reheated scrambled eggs, as that didn’t sound very appealing. He then took my eggs back and brought me a fresh portion, but my husband's eggs remained the same. I told him that was fine, and we would just share. By then, everything had gone cold. However, I appreciated that they only charged us for one meal."

"I had a very disappointing experience with the management at this restaurant. The prices listed on their website were lower than those on the menu in the restaurant. When I went to pick up my takeout order, I was informed that my total was $8 more than what was advertised online. The staff refused to honor the online price, stating they would rather waste the food than sell it to me at that price. I will never go back."

"I was here once, then I came back!!!! My favorite Palace is there terrace is very nice and private. IT has plants everywhere, making you feel like a more intimate environment. They have two parts of their terrace, one side with a fireplace and heating that go into the bar area of the restaurant. The other side of the terrace has opening forward, but surrounded by bushes and trees!! You are friendly, with contactless menus if you wish and dinning 6 feet apart, the servers, where also masks. The bar has a wide selection of liqueurs so full bar: and there food oh my goodness there is food absolutely divine. Their fish and chips are wonderfully absolutely wonderful, it is made with halibut instead of cod. Your Mac and cheese is my favorite dish their sauce that they use for the cheese, I want the recipe!! The ceasar salad is also delicious I am not a crouton girl so that they have parm flakes type bread. There are nachos are very large u could divide between two and still have residues lol. The staff here is so friendly that I never had a bad experience there. Next time I will have to take a few photos, but I love the VIG!!!!!!"

"My friends and I, who frequent many restaurants in the area, ereserved a table here for dinner on Saturday night. The dinner was very good BUT we have one complaint about the clarity of the menu. I ordered a veal shank- which was very good and my 2 sisters ordered the risotto and added on the black truffles. "Had the white pesto pizza OMG so good!!! I’d give the pizza five stars. We also had the Mediterranean Salad which was very good too… fresh and tasty and the large fed our group of 5 very satisfactorily.However the wait on Friday night around 7:00 p.m. for my pizza was close to 55 minutes… the kitchen staff was really hustling so can’t really complain it was just really busy. By 8:15 the crowds were gone and I’m sure the wait would have been much shorter.Oh And don’t confuse this place with the old standard Vito’s Italian on Ocean Park in Santa Monica… this place is much more fun and the interior is really cool… all kinds of vinyl playing on the turn table!!!I’m knocking a star off because they limit refills on iced tea… really… is that necessary??? It’s one of those small Collins glasses anyway that you can down in one big sip… and it ain’t cheap either… is this the way you want your non-alcohol customers that are designated driving to go away thinking about this place? Humbug!!!!"

"Stopped at this place on a Saturday night without a reservation. It was the two of us so we figured we'd chance it. Great call because we were seated as soon as we entered the building. We were greeted by the waiter who had on his mask. And was able to take a seat at almost anywhere in the restaurant. there was not too many other people there which was great for us. as soon as we sat down the waiter brought us water and gave us a menu. The other waiter came in and let us know what the specials while we ordered our drinks. I had originally ordered a prosecco but then when I took a second look at the menu I saw a cocktail called Montego Bay and I had to have it. Great call on my end! That drink was super delicious; so much so I had to have one more before I left the restaurant. For an appetizer the waiter suggested a shrimp appetizer. it was a shrimp with a reduction of white wine sauce with garlic and red pepper flakes and it came with toasted bread. It was really delicious we almost finished up all the sauce. The waiter provided the specials for the night which was a paella and a rack of lambs and that's exactly what we ordered. We did not regret it at all. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The rack of lamb was cooked really well and the paella was delicious without being too overdone. I believe towards the end of our meal the chef had came out and asked us how it was and we had to give him his praises. if you're in the area and looking for somewhere to eat, definitely stop by this place. the ambiance was really interesting with a whole lot of statues which seem to be African statues all on the walls. Very retro artsy decor. The staff was great service was really well done. And again do not go without trying the Montego Bay cocktail. I may just come back just for that cocktail. Yes it was that good."

"We have visited this restaurant for the third time and each visit has been consistently amazing. I ordered the fish tacos, which were delightfully crispy and perfectly cooked. While some may argue that there was not enough cabbage, I personally prefer a lighter slaw, so it was perfect for me. The chips were standard, but the salsa was flavorful and tasted homemade. My husband opted for the chicken strips and onion rings, which seemed to have the same delicious breading as the tacos. His verdict on the food was positive, suggesting we should frequent this place more often. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced."

However, it would be appreciated if parents could supervise their children better to prevent disruptions for other diners. Unfortunately, during my visit, there were kids running around and one child was throwing rocks. While the restaurant made an effort to address the issue, ultimately it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure their children behave properly in public spaces."

"The cook clearly lacks effort; they can't even make a simple dish like scrambled eggs with cheese mixed in. Instead, they just placed a slice of cheese on top, which didn't even melt into the eggs. The hash browns were awful, and the bacon was overcooked. Overall, the entire breakfast was a disappointment."
