"The food had a promising start. The dill pickle, potato, and bacon soup was exactly as described, but it was overwhelmed by dill flavor. I’d give it a 3/10, though if you really enjoy dill, your rating might be higher. The soup’s consistency was quite thin, which also contributed to my low score.
On a more positive note, my wife loved the blackened tuna salad and gave it an 8/10. Then there was the crispy hot chicken sandwich—this was a game changer. It was easily the best thing I've had at a restaurant in a long time, maybe even my favorite sandwich ever. It was perfectly crispy with a delicious sauce, and the buns were just right. I opted to remove the tomato, as it didn’t add anything. I wholeheartedly give this crispy hot chicken sandwich a 10/10.
The buffalo wings were also excellent—crispy and well-prepared. They might be a bit overcooked for some, but that’s how we enjoy them, paired with great hot sauce. I’d rate them an 8.5/10.
If it weren't for the incredible sandwich, we might not consider returning, but it definitely made up for the inconsistent service."
