"I visit this restaurant a couple of times a year, and usually, my experience is pretty good. However, today was different. I ordered two speckburgers, speck fries, a drink, and chicken nuggets. I wasn't informed about the items I had ordered, as I was hoping for something special. As a former food service worker, I understand that sometimes items can be unavailable, but customers should be informed about what's out of stock so they can make alternative choices. If I had known that one of my items was not available, I would have picked something else. Additionally, the 30-minute wait time felt excessive, especially considering the number of customers present."
