"Customer service at this location is gone down the toilet. Manager has no control over their people. Ordered a meal through the app for drive-through pick up the app tells you to drive through and alert the person that it is a mobile order. Told by one person that you need to come inside to get the order . When asked when did they change that? They said yesterday (9/26/23 . So then asked, why does the app tell you to come through the drive-through if this has changed and I get no answer because the person has walked away. So then a second voice comes on, and says you have to come inside . I have one person behind me and cars in front of me. Because that makes sense so I have to sit in line especially if it 's busy for what may be 30 minutes or longer just to be told that I gotta wait some more because I gotta pick up on the inside. I Go inside and ask for the manager to get an understanding of the policy. Manager can 't speak because two young employees keep interrupting, and being rude and combative, for no apparent reason as if they were the ones in charge but manages to say through drive thru and your meal was ready when you went by window. (Yet no one tried to stop me! After being disrespected and rudely yelled at by these two young employees who obviously need to find new jobs, the manager finally speaks up apologizes to clearly be influenced by her employees and changes her mind by now saying that the policy is to come inside for mobile orders. My problem is also that this manager stand on her own nor by her statements and obviously cannot control her people and they need to be released of their duties. I will be calling the corporate office (if that 's a thing , filing a complaint and anything else to get this Tudor location either rehabilitated or closed down because they have done nothing but be ridiculously rude, orders constantly done incorrectly, and making a dining experience to the point where nobody will ever return. And to top it all off my meal was wrong and poorly made! Ordered the Fully Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger without the bun. Well it had a bun, no queso, no Tomato and 6 square tortilla chips. So once again THIS E 3395 Tudor location didn 't disappoint on the failure to provide me with what I ordered thru the app for $9.09. SMH!! Will be putting you on FB blast as well! Ridiculous!"

"Always liked coming here and the food's always been great. Come into town once a week and always grab Wendy's on my way back home. Though lately every time i've ordered i'd always get my burger made incorrectly, I feel like it's possibly a poor translation of my order from the mobile app to the stores kitchen cause everytime I get my burger it seems to always be made incorrectly in the same way everytime. I don't get a receipt when I pick up a mobile order so I'm not sure if that's the case. But there have been one or two times where i've ordered the same thing at in person at the counter and it was made correctly then. If maybe anyone from the store or company wants to look into it, I order a Pretzel Bacon Pub without Pickles, Onions, or Mustard. But I always receive it with onions still on it and no beer cheese sauce. Somehow it still comes without pickles and mustard which is good but I always get it without the cheese sauce which I want and with onions still on everytime I order through the app. It's kind of a hastle knowing that I'll have to park after grabbing my food from the window cause I know my burger was probably made wrong. Then I feel really bad going in and asking for a new one while showing them my order on the app. They're always super nice and happy to remake one for me though I still always feel bad and having to always park after going through the drive thru to get a new burger kind just defeats the purpose of going through the drive thu in the first place."
