"This is the second time my husband, daughter, and I have gone through the drive-thru, and both times they have messed up our entire order. Today, we ordered two Baconator meals, but they only charged us for one. My daughter and her friend wanted cheeseburgers with just ketchup and medium Frostys with their meals. My husband mentioned this twice, yet they still received small Frostys. When we got home, we found that the burgers had pickles and onions on them as well. We would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone unless you’re okay with having your order messed up or someone missing their meal altogether. My husband was quite frustrated with the lack of attention to detail from the employee at the window, especially since they don't read back the order, which they clearly should start doing."

I love Wendy's! I used the drive-thru during my visit and had a fantastic experience. The food was great, the wait time was excellent, and the lettuce they use is delicious. The fries were hot and crispy too. I would definitely come back again!

This restaurant consistently delivers excellent service and rarely messes up my orders. The food is always served hot and quickly. Just keep in mind that delivery drivers are independent contractors, so if your food arrives cold, it’s likely because it sat in a car during transit.

The portion of fries was meager, and there was nothing "deluxe" about the meal. I experienced the same issues during my last visit. Overall, we left hungry. Wendy's used to be our favorite, but not anymore. Our order was also delivered late, and it seemed hastily prepared, almost as if they were trying to get it out the door quickly.
