"I hesitate to even write. I am glad people showed up for work. They should probably clean up before work. Management should discourage employees from smoking in front of the people they are going to serve their food to. If I wasn't trapped in the drive thru, I would have left. "I really don't understand the bad review. Extremely friendly attentive. As someone who works in the food industry I tend to think some of these bad reviews are coming from people out of touch with the current state of the industry. Prices are VERY reasonable. I got 3 breakfasts for $30 before tip. The food was delicious. People really need to start being understanding. We will certainly be back ??"

"The experience at this restaurant would have been perfect with a nice, piping hot, freshly made double cheese Krystal and strawberry shake. Unfortunately, the long wait in the drive-thru line was due to dining room closures because of COVID-19. While this was expected, it was still disappointing. The service was very friendly, helpful, polite, and thoughtful. The employee working the drive-thru seemed glad to be there, despite the ever-growing line behind me. It was a joy to see such positive attitude in these challenging times, so I am giving this restaurant a 4-star rating. All employees should take notice of the drive-thru lady at the Hwy 58 Krystal location. Thank you for doing your job well!"

"Now visit New Orleans several times. I've always enjoyed coming to Crystal's for a daiquiri The first time. The daiquiris and the service was excellent. However, this time the daiquiris were weak and the service was good. I don't know why they changedtheir daiquiris. Maybe it's because they wanted to save money, but when you have a good product that people enjoy, the mostimportant thing you can do is keep it that way. That's part of the reason why people come back for a good product. Good customerservice, professionalism and fun. I do recommend you get a daiquiri here if you're not worried about how strong it is. Theflavors are awesome even though they only have a few sometimes. That's all you need. However, I do wish they go back to the olddaiquiris and strength of I'm going to pay my money. I want to pay my money to enjoy a product that I've enjoyed previously, notthis new one."

"The scenery in here is beautiful!! And you can paint which is super neat! I did wait a while for my food (because I messed up on the kiosk. But as soon as I told the woman working, she assisted me and put a rush in for my order. I appreciated that for sure and the food was absolutely amazing!! "This was definitely the worst experience I've had at a Krystal. The staff seemed to be taking their time, and it took 10 minutes to receive my order. "You know what? Despite all the bad talk I hear about Krystals, yet again my food from here was good. Great sliders, and my Coke was perfect super carbonated fresh. IMO, keeping it simple has always been the rule here: stay away from all the gimmick menu items, and just get the original sliders. (I actually think they're best without cheese... just that steamy onion pickle mustard goodness. The fries are hit or miss... but they're great when they're fresh."

"Very rude customer service. Forgot to ask for no pickles and the woman working the drive through window slammed the door in my face and rolled her eyes at me. She swiped my card out of my hand and slammed my food out. She also slammed the window in my face hard multiple times. She needs to be dealt with immediately. "I had to wait a bit, but it was absolutely worth it. They prepared a fresh chicken sandwich for me, loaded with grilled bacon, cheese, pickles, and a hint of mayo - it was delicious! The drive-thru attendant and I attempted to say "Three Krystal bacon cheddar chicken sandwiches and tater tots" three times quickly, and it turned into a fun challenge. We ended up laughing so hard we could barely catch our breath. It was such a lighthearted moment that added to the enjoyment of my visit. "I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru recently. When I arrived last night around 8:30, I was informed that they were in the middle of a shift change. However, I've never seen restaurants conducting shift changes on the half hour. It was odd to see all the employees hanging out in the parking lot while still clocked in and being paid. I’ve attempted to visit Krystal's three times in the last two weeks between 7 and 10 pm, and each time I was told that they weren't taking orders at the drive-thru due to another shift change. Additionally, the store on Poplar Avenue has a sign in the window stating that they are open inside from 6 AM to 8 PM, but all the doors were locked when I tried to enter. Overall, it was a frustrating experience."
