"This was definitely the worst experience I've had at a Krystal. The staff seemed to be taking their time, and it took 10 minutes to receive my order. I was in a rush, so I couldn’t take it back, but I regret not doing so. There were no fries in my bag, and the Krystals were mushy and soggy—just awful. The only decent thing was the Coke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; it's best to go somewhere else."

I want to say something good, but I just can't. We walked in and walked out. I couldn't believe the prices had practically doubled. I grew up going to this place, but no more. Besides,they are pricing themselves right out of business. Sorry to say!

The fries were not fresh, and when we arrived, the staff was outside taking smoke breaks. The cashier didn’t seem very welcoming. The hamburgers were decent, but the grill was full of onions. Overall, it wasn't the best experience I've had with them.
