"The experience at this restaurant would have been perfect with a nice, piping hot, freshly made double cheese Krystal and strawberry shake. Unfortunately, the long wait in the drive-thru line was due to dining room closures because of COVID-19. While this was expected, it was still disappointing. The service was very friendly, helpful, polite, and thoughtful. The employee working the drive-thru seemed glad to be there, despite the ever-growing line behind me. It was a joy to see such positive attitude in these challenging times, so I am giving this restaurant a 4-star rating. All employees should take notice of the drive-thru lady at the Hwy 58 Krystal location. Thank you for doing your job well!"

"This was definitely the worst experience I've had at a Krystal. The staff seemed to be taking their time, and it took 10 minutes to receive my order. I was in a rush, so I couldn’t take it back, but I regret not doing so. There were no fries in my bag, and the Krystals were mushy and soggy—just awful. The only decent thing was the Coke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; it's best to go somewhere else."

"I went inside in order to three crystals fries and a drink for $3 the store was disgusting there was a little boy who was talking to everyone with a big thick blanket on because the lobby was Sub-Zero freezing cold it must have been one of the employees child and the whole store was dirty including the bathroom, I'll never go back there again"

"This restaurant excelled in every aspect, from the quality of the food to the exceptional service. The meals were served hot and freshly made, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that customers dining in or taking out had everything they needed. Vegetarian options were available and clearly labeled, offering transparency about the contents of each dish. Dietary restrictions were also well accounted for, with accurate labeling of vegetarian meals and information about calories and other dietary considerations. The parking lot was spacious and easy to access from the highway, accommodating a large number of cars. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming to all customers, including children. Wheelchair accessibility was not an issue, as there were plenty of accessible tables to accommodate any disabled patrons."

"You know what? Despite all the bad talk I hear about Krystals, yet again my food from here was good. Great sliders, and my Coke was perfect super carbonated fresh. IMO, keeping it simple has always been the rule here: stay away from all the gimmick menu items, and just get the original sliders. (I actually think they're best without cheese... just that steamy onion pickle mustard goodness. The fries are hit or miss... but they're great when they're fresh."

"Very rude customer service. Forgot to ask for no pickles and the woman working the drive through window slammed the door in my face and rolled her eyes at me. She swiped my card out of my hand and slammed my food out. She also slammed the window in my face hard multiple times. She needs to be dealt with immediately. I work in the food industry and never once have I ever treated anyone so rude. She needs to be put in the back away from customers because her attitude is truly sorry."

"I had to wait a bit, but it was absolutely worth it. They prepared a fresh chicken sandwich for me, loaded with grilled bacon, cheese, pickles, and a hint of mayo - it was delicious! The drive-thru attendant and I attempted to say "Three Krystal bacon cheddar chicken sandwiches and tater tots" three times quickly, and it turned into a fun challenge. We ended up laughing so hard we could barely catch our breath. It was such a lighthearted moment that added to the enjoyment of my visit. I don’t remember what prompted the laughter, but it was a blast! A big shoutout to the Krystal employee who made the experience so memorable. And of course, the food was really tasty too!"

"This particular Krystal is so hit or miss. I?m tired of the inconsistency. I literally only buy fries here (Krystal Fries are top tier) but every other time I get them at this location they are old, cold, soggy. If I come late at night and the lady with the tattoos is working, it?s a guarantee that the fries will be hot, fresh, and crispy. If anyone else is working, they give you whatever they have pre cooked just to get you through the line. Never had this with any other Krystal, especially since my order is just fries (occasionally tater tots as well)."

"Waited 30 minutes to get my order from the time I pulled into the drive thru to when the food was in my hands. It was about 3pm on a Saturday and I don't know if they're short staffed or what but that's ridiculous. I ordered a 24 pack of cheeseburgers formy family and a small fry for me since I can't eat the burgers. After that long of a wait and my fries were barely warm. Thelady apologized but waiting 30 minutes for $30 worth of kinda warm food is disappointing. They are basically a sister company toWhite Castle with a more menu options from what I've heard. They have a lot of yummy looking things but I'm not sure I want totry them. I tried the grits bowl with sausage and it was like a bowl of grease. I could barely eat it. I was pretty excitedabout it too. I may give them one more chance but I'm not sure. My hubby seems to likes their burgers though."

"that is the third time that we have been in this crystal in a month, hoping that it would be better every time when it was around 12 o'clock we were still getting a warm hamburger, they are always cold as they have been sitting for 10 minutes or so. we thought we would try the breakfast my eggs were suspected to be superior, the yock was hard the toast was very cold I think they need new people in there perhaps the chef not to cook the right way, because the manager does not show him the right way to cook. Now I see why there is hardly anyone who eats in nothing more like a ghost town I and my wife love to eat here, but no longer someone please help to get this crystals back on the way and wise as it is used to be that you are loved to eat."

"I arrived in the drive thru line at 5:25pm, made it to the speaker by 5:28pm. When I got to the speaker, I was put on hold. After all of the cars in front of me had recieved their orders already gone, I was still waiting at the speaker. At 5:44pm.....while STILL waiting, I said hello they replied I'm sorry, please hold . I replied I had already been on hold for 10 minutes, do you know how much longer it will be? The order taker said about 5 10 more minutes, we're doing changeover. By this time, it's 5:50pm, still haven't gotten to place my order, and just pulled off. This is absolutely ridiculous. I understand a longer than normal wait time because I am a manager in fast food too, but this was horrible!!!"

"I recently visited this restaurant and was looking forward to the $4.99 deal. I hadn't been there since the pandemic. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the food I received. The waffle fries I ordered were dry and tasted like cardboard, with only two small fries in a bag the size of a baby food jar. The coke I ordered was not filled to the top and was flat. Additionally, there were no napkins provided. I was not happy with my experience, so I asked for a refund. The manager gave me a refund, but not without giving me excuses and implying that I shouldn't be complaining. I was a loyal customer for many years and never experienced this before, the manager said. There was no apology for the flat coke or any of my other concerns. Instead, they tried to make me feel guilty for complaining. This gaslighting tactic was unacceptable to me. I will also be checking my bank statement to ensure I received the refund. It is disappointing to see that the principles of customer service and equality have been disregarded in this way."

"This is the fifth time I've experienced an attitude or dismissiveness from the manager, Tonya. She often closes the window on customers and walks away, which I find perplexing. It feels like she’s expecting a negative interaction, as if she thinks that small talk indicates flirting. That’s not the case at all. Customers should not be treated as an inconvenience; they are the reason your business remains open and why you have a job. During my visit to the drive-thru, I was given the wrong total for my order twice. I later discovered this was intentional, as Tonya argued with me about a new debit card fee that had nothing to do with Krystals. Who even notices that tiny sign in the window? I had cash on hand, and I don’t understand why the correct total wasn’t communicated. If this is a recent change at Krystals, it could lead to a loss of customers. Why should I be responsible for your card service fee? Also, not providing a receipt seems like a way to cover this up."

"I placed a large order through the restaurant's app for multiple people, assuming they were open 24 hours as indicated online and in the app. However, upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, I was greeted with a closed sign at the drive-thru and an automated message stating that they were currently closed. Despite seeing workers inside with all the lights on, I waited at the window for 15-20 minutes as the order status updated in the app from "prepared" to "ready for pickup" to "order picked up". Unfortunately, I did not receive my food or have any interaction with the workers inside. I am now $50 out of pocket and there is no option to request a refund through the app. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience."

"This was the first Krystal I've been to in years, and I went back purely for nostalgia. The man and woman working late at night were incredibly friendly and kind! They were very apologetic when my mobile order took just the usual amount of time that I expected. The food was hot and tasty; I especially loved the glaze bombs (are they fresh donut holes?!) and the tots. Unfortunately, the Krystal burgers didn't quite live up to my memories—maybe they're just better when you're a kid. However, the spicy chicken sandwich was definitely a hit!"
