"I placed a large order through the restaurant's app for multiple people, assuming they were open 24 hours as indicated online and in the app. However, upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, I was greeted with a closed sign at the drive-thru and an automated message stating that they were currently closed. Despite seeing workers inside with all the lights on, I waited at the window for 15-20 minutes as the order status updated in the app from "prepared" to "ready for pickup" to "order picked up". Unfortunately, I did not receive my food or have any interaction with the workers inside. I am now $50 out of pocket and there is no option to request a refund through the app. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience."

Employees were very sweet and very fast.Food came out fast and hot. Burgers were soggy but that seems to be every Krystal’s which is the only reason I give it a 4 out of 5. View menu

Waited near 1 hour for our food and never received it. People who just arrived were given their food though. I finally asked for a refund, hopefully they did that correctly. Just go a few more minutes down the road to the next one, it's much better.

As I was about to open the door, an employee poked their head out and said they were drive thru only. I didn't notice a sign on the door that said drive thru only or dine in area closed and figured the cars in the parking lot belonged to the employees. Got back in our car and as we were about to go to the drive thru, we see the employee open the door to let some people out of the dining area with drinks in hand. Not sure how they were able to dine in and we were told they were drive thru only. We ended up going somewhere else.
