"I can honestly say that this was the longest I have ever waited for food in a drive-thru, especially since there was only one car in front of me (not including the car already at the window when I arrived). I understand that sometimes issues cannot be avoided, but regardless, I have a suggestion for any business reading this review. Many of us would appreciate if they acknowledged when they have not provided good service, whether for a valid reason or not. A simple recognition or apology goes a long way. Unfortunately, I waited 45 minutes for my order for two, so I can only give this restaurant three stars. It seemed to me that the employees did not see an issue with this level of service, which was disappointing. I hope this is not the norm, but I do not plan on returning to this place anytime soon."

"This was definitely the worst experience I've had at a Krystal. The staff seemed to be taking their time, and it took 10 minutes to receive my order. I was in a rush, so I couldn’t take it back, but I regret not doing so. There were no fries in my bag, and the Krystals were mushy and soggy—just awful. The only decent thing was the Coke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; it's best to go somewhere else."

"I used to come here a lot around three years ago before work. There was a younger woman there who was amazing. Customer service was top tier. She made sure I got everything I needed. Somewhere along the way she no longer worked there. Fast forward to recently, another worker had good customer service. She always made sure I had what I needed. I no longer eat here but I always get my niece breakfast from here before school. The staff is horrible now. Even the manager who used to be great doesn?t seem to care about her job. They will leave you at the order box with no greeting for minutes while they have a full conversation with each other right in front of you. On the plus side the food is usually fresh. If they could get there customer service together it would be a much better establishment."

"As a truck driver who no longer lives in the Krystal footprint, I am glad that there are at least some places on foot from the truck parking lot. This gray goo you only get with a Krystal's Burger is one of my favorite things. This special location gets 5 stars due to the above and beyond the customer service that I received during today's visit. The lobby was closed due to personnel problems (understood in these times), but the ladies were friendly enough to order in the Drive-Thru window. You can't just make a half-way drive. They took my order in a way that didn't put us in danger. I guess it also helps me know exactly what I want before I even arrived, so I was only in the window maybe 30 seconds. Then they brought me my food to the door as if I was a car that had been pulled up and kept away from cars in the car. I think I have to make it clear for everyone I've read my review, the gray goo I'm talking about is not something that comes from any additives in their burgers. It is a natural product that comes from the way they cook the burgers. This is also the first reason why they are so much better than I think White Castle."

"This is the only Krystal I know of in a three-state area, especially since many locations have shut down, including the one near our first apartment where my husband and I used to grab late-night snacks after rock concerts. Everything we ordered was fresh and hot. My only complaint was that a few small pieces of onion slipped into the Krystals I requested without onion. However, this seems to happen often, so I've gotten used to checking carefully before taking a bite. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal. Please don’t let this Krystal close down!"

"We are traveling and wanted to try a Krystal Burger, since we don’t have them in Louisiana. I just ordered 6 Krystal burgers with no onions and a chili cheese fry. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, we got our order. All of the burgers had onions. So, my husband went into the store to get the burgers without onions (because we have 3 kids who do not like onions). I guess they just attempted to scrape the onions off because they still has onions after waiting another 7 minutes. My husband sat in the parking lot removing the onions from all 6 burgers. It wasn’t worth going back in again. Terrible service and really disappointed. We won’t be stopping by another Krystal Burger."

"I really love Krystals, but I had an issue with my recent order. I intended to order a 24-pack, but I mistakenly received only a 12-pack. I didn't realize this until I got home, which was quite disappointing, especially considering I live 600 miles away. Overall, it's a great place, but just be cautious with your orders!"

"I highly recommend going anywhere else for your food. My husband and I *attempted* to place an order, but we had questions. The manager was rude, short, and refused *us* service because she and the other manager didn 't like the way my husband was asking questions- in a direct manner instead of putting his sweetest pretty please voice on. I asked to take over the order process, and they refused to speak to me. They threatened to call the police for us sitting in the parking lot... As we attempted to gather information to file a corporate complaint and figure out where to go to feed our three hungry children in the car. And apparently when the customer at the window tried to ask what was going on, they yelled at him, too. No food, and especially no Krystal, is worth that."

"I recently visited this restaurant, and it’s the third time I've had to wait at the order box for 8 minutes, only to be informed that the system is down and they aren’t taking orders. This has happened at different times of the day, and it’s simply ridiculous. It’s completely unacceptable, and you need to get your act together or risk closing your doors. If the system is down, why does it take an employee 8 minutes to communicate that? Let's not forget the time I waited at the order box for 15 minutes before someone finally came on the intercom to tell me the system was down."

"Decided to try it since many said it was like white castle. First impression was over priced. Second was extreme low quality. Meat was grey, all flavor taste was from mustard, sodas did not even taste correct as in the machine was not clean. Within 20 minutes of both of us finishing our food we where feeling stomach pains and heading to toilets. I will never recommend this place even for after a night out drinking and will never be back."

"The drive-thru was quite busy, but it was 12:30 AM, and this was the only open option besides one other place. The staff was very welcoming. One of the employees came out to inform me that they were out of cheese, which was a thoughtful gesture. She wanted to make sure I could decide whether to order something else or leave without having to wait in line. When I reached the window, I had to repeat my order, and they needed to cook my chicken fresh. I parked and waited for them to bring my food out, and I have to say, it was really good—hot and fresh. However, I did end up waiting nearly 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru and receive my order, which is why I deducted a star. Still, the friendly staff and the fresh food definitely made the wait worthwhile."

"I was in the Morrow location on Jonesboro Rd a few days ago with my son after school. My son walks in, is Soo in love with the dinning area. He said, oouu mommy it 's so fancy in here (he 's 7) light skin brother with locs behind the counter belts out an order, #1 no cheese drink no ice! I 'm not a regular or frequent this establishment. I 'm from UpTop! We don 't do Krystals. White Castle all day! But I said, 'let me give them a try ' the gentleman got my order right that was only my 2nd time in there. Shout out to him for providing superior customer service!"
