Had the new po boy combo for lunch. They had me pull up to wait on the shrimp to cook. It was only a few minutes wait and was well worth it. Friendly staff and good food for $7.

I have so missed Krystal! I had my brother take me to get some cheeseburgers. I miss the chili cups and we have NO Krystal in Killeen, Texas! Even though we have one of the largest Army Posts!

I arrived to Krystal?s at 10:35pm ET and was advised they were closed, which was a complete lie. They serviced 3 cars in front of me and their online hours stated they close at 11pm ET. Poor excuse of customer service. Don?t waste your gas trying to get a late night meal from here. View menu

Came through at 9:00 PM at night and the staff was nice and even made sure our order was correct and fresh. Probably the best experience from Krystal?s in a long time. Thank you for the fresh Krystal?s and we will be back to this location. FYI: we had a big order and they were great.

The owner of this restaurant seems to put in minimal effort. It feels like the place hasn’t been updated since the 80s and is in dire need of a renovation, improved marketing, and a strategy to keep employees longer with proper training. The owner should take a long, hard look at these aspects.

The chicken on my sandwich was fried so hard that I couldn't even eat it. It took a long time to receive fresh food, and my order was wrong too. With the storm outside, I wasn't about to go back. It's disappointing, and I won't be returning unless I receive some compensation for the inconvenience. View menu

Too expensive for what you get. Had to order at window because cashier couldn 't understand no ketchup . All and all she was nice but I still had to wait a good while for my food. Not to happy about the price. I know everything is going up but I should never have to pay over $40 for two people at Krystal.

I visited Krystal at 9:00 PM and the staff was friendly, ensuring our order was accurate and fresh. This was likely the best experience I’ve had at Krystal in a while. Thank you for the fresh food—we will definitely return to this location. Just so you know, we placed a large order, and they handled it excellently.

Decided to try it since many said it was like white castle. First impression was over priced. Second was extreme low quality. Meat was grey, all flavor taste was from mustard, sodas did not even taste correct as in the machine was not clean. Within 20 minutes of both of us finishing our food we where feeling stomach pains and heading to toilets. I will never recommend this place even for after a night out drinking and will never be back.
