"Tasty Biscuit is damn delicious, and under normal circumstances probably deserves a 5/5.First, the food. We ordered biscuits and gravy, the nasty biscuit and country fried steak and eggs, and everything was amazing. The taste and presentation was on point, and ironically the weakest item on the plate for me was the biscuit. They're massive, and I probably would've preferred two smaller ones as opposed to one large one to synergize a bit better with the gravy. That being said, that's by no means saying the biscuits were bad. I loved my food, just the only bit of constructive feedback I can provide.Their coffee menu is worth a shout-out as well. Lots of options, and the ones we tried were very tasty. The inside of the restaurant was nice as well. Clean and (I believe) recently renovated with the change in ownership. The one thing I have to take a star for is that in the age of COVID I just didn't feel very safe being there. The waiting area was jam packed and any kind of social distancing was abandoned in the dining room. Our table was composed of individuals both generally more concerned and less concerned about such things, and we all remarked that it made us a bit uneasy. I'll definitely be making a return trip, but I'll be ordering to go or dining in at a less busy time for the time being."

"Delightful experience. Very friendly staff, plethora of options for dessert and beverages, and a fun ambience. This is a place that you can come study with a group, hang out as friends, take a date, or basically anything. It?s a really chill place to hang out and fun to be. I also really like the location downtown. Parking can be kind of tricky, but there are spots behind the building, on the side, and a few extras in places that you wouldn?t expect. Make sure you drive around if everything is taken!"

"This Greek diner consistently delivers great service in a friendly atmosphere. One notable policy is the inclusion of a 20% gratuity for groups of eight or more, which worked well for us during a larger safety meeting. Our server, busser, and management team handled everything admirably, earning a round of applause from our group! The diner is known for its delicious soups and salads, and the attentive service from both staff and management is always appreciated. Portion sizes for the entrees are generous, and we were pleasantly surprised to find warm bread and plenty of butter on the table. For those interested, lunch and dinner specials are provided on a separate menu, and there’s often a daily prix fixe option. Don’t forget to check the main menu for breakfast specials as well! While the desserts look tempting, they tend to be quite sweet. All salads are served in large portions, and the homemade creamy garlic dressing is particularly tasty. The menu offers many breakfast items and entrees, including pepper beef, sea bass, cod, and chicken fettuccine Alfredo (the lunch portion was enormous!). The chopped steak was juicy, and all the breakfasts we've tried have been delicious. The Julienne salad is both large and flavorful! If you're craving something sweet, the Apple Pancake is a massive dessert, though it could benefit from a bit more apple and compote. Papa Nickolas Coffee is also a delightful choice. The bathrooms were clean but could use some improvement regarding wheelchair accessibility; entry can be challenging without assistance. However, there is a main entry door that is accessible for those who need it. For two dinner specials and beverages, the total came to around $38, plus a cash tip. Overall, a satisfying dining experience!"

"We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. The restaurant is clean and pleasant. Despite being busy during the lunch hour, we were seated quickly and served right away. The chicken noodle soup was the second best I've ever tasted; it could have been a bit hotter, but the flavor more than made up for it! There were real chunks of meat in it. The servers were friendly, the food was great, the service was fast, and the portions were generous at reasonable prices! Highly recommended!"

"So, 1st and foremost Fresheria has multiple locations that have great food and service, but with that being said, this location is NOT one of them. The food quality and taste has dropped over time not to mention the time you spend waiting for them to make the most basic of food choices. Most of them have no sense of customer service or even a semi pleasant attitude. Then when you go pay, and your standing there waiting and looking down at the digital checkout screen, they like to say, Ok, Its going to ask you a question , and that question , is them expecting you to leave a tip for their terrible service and subpar food, no thanks!"

"We went for lunch and enjoyed it very much, although we kept it easy. I went with the soup especially due to the weather and it was solid choice and very tasty. My wife had a salad she enjoyed. Dessert (ice cream packed in pecans and chocolate sauce) was 5 stars. The other desserts also looked good. We look forward to going back and try some other dishes and the café."

"We found Kooper's North while looking for a new place to eat, and we're so pleased we did! The food is absolutely fantastic! The menu is well-curated with great options that aren't overwhelming. We started with the chicken wings and BBQ cauliflower, and I highly recommend the cauliflower – it’s outstanding! The chicken wings were excellently prepared and definitely worth the price. For my main dish, I had the beet salad while my husband enjoyed a burger, which he said was cooked to perfection. Both dishes were flavorful and filling, with generous portions, so be sure to arrive with a good appetite. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We didn’t have to wait or ask for anything – the service was excellent all around!"

"This was our first time at CRs and we were dissapointed. When we arrived the person performing in the front room was very loud and we asked to be in the back part of the restaurant which the hostess nicely accommodated. Our server was okay but we had to remind him several times about things we ordered. Drinks came without the requested olives, dessert came without utensils, wine was delayed. The food was just okay. I had the short rib which tasted a little off), my friend had the chicken which she said was just okay. My husband had the veal chop which he said was good but not enough to justify the price. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they brought a piece of cake to one of the birthday people but not the other even though the hostess confirmed that there were 2 birthdays. I had split the creme brûlée with my husband so it was not a problem but it was just odd."

"Probably the best fish chips I’ve had. The fish was one large filet fried in a nice crispy batter served hot with fries and coleslaw and really good tartar sauce. The service was excellent. Ok, the bad. I think we we’re way over charged. The dinner was $15. The bill that came to us was $45. Two $15 dinners and one iced tea and a club soda with lime, $45? What’s wrong here? I brought it to the attention the wait staff and they told me they automatically add 18% gratuity. I have no problem with that because I tip 20%. 18% is $5.76. That leaves us with a grand total of $35.76. Where did the extra $10 come from? $10 for an iced tea and a club soda with lime? The bartender shrugged his shoulders and said this happens a lot and apologized but left the bill at $45. I felt sorry for the waitress so I added $5 for her and walked out spending $50. Sooooo we won’t be back even though it’s probably the best fish chips I’ve had."

"Sunny's Restaurant is one of the last TRULY GREAT Family Style, American Restaurants, that I know of in this area. I have been eating at Sunny's for (at least) 30 years (on off) now. Over the years, I've had the pleasure not only of trying everything on the menu, at one time or another, but also of getting to know the Terrific service staff. In addition to the Waiters/Waitresses, it's been my honor to become good friends with the owners/founders of Sunny's, Andy Cindy, as well as their kids (roughly my age) Summer Shadow. Now for the Good Stuff: THE FOOD All of the food served at Sunny's is prepared the Old Fashioned way. For example, if you order a turkey sandwich, it's prepared with freshly (in house) roasted turkey, carved straight off the bird. This style of fresh made food (never canned or frozen), carries through to all the dishes they make. I LOVE the Daily Specials, because they are usually $2 Off the full menu price. On Monday, I ordered my FAVORITE Dinner, 1/2 Fried Chicken Dinner. The chicken is better than KFC, Popeye's, Church's, etc. Soup or Salad, Choice of Veg, Choice of Potato, Choice of Bread. All this for about $10. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunny's Restaurant to anyone with a Good Appetite!"

"First time in years that I stopped in at Berardi's. First thing I noticed was how nice the place looks. I knew they remodeled a few years back but I hadn't had the opportunity to stop in. I ordered a waffle and sausage. It was the best waffle I've had in a while. I was told they make their waffles fresh to order unlike other places that make them once a week and then throw them in the microwave to heat up. Overall a very nice time and definitely a return trip is in order."

"This is our new local BYOB favorite. We have been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is excellent. If you like well prepared food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting beautifully plated food then this is a great place. We went twice and both times they were great even with diet restrictions. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!), But also a great place to visit friends and relatives, or to have a special evening or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. We will come back in any case."

"Disappointing. Haystack onions were soggy and over salted, not crisp. Chicken wings had plenty of meat and were very tender. The BBQ sauce lacked flavor and was poured onto the wings too thickly. Blue cheese dressing for the wings contained little blue cheese and had little blue cheese flavor. The Greek salad was excellent. Portion sizes for all items were generous and packaged very well."

"Saw that this place has 4.5 starts so decided to give it a try. Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday a little bit past 12pm. The first thing to note if you're going to stop in here is that the parking lot is in the back. And there is plenty of parking. There is a door around the back, but you can also go to the front entrance on Pulaski. There wasn't many people when I arrived(5 in total including me). I walked to the front of the restaurants and let the front desk staff know that I was there and I wastold to have a seat anywhere I'd like. One of the things that caught my eye was the gorgeous painting of the Aztec calendar. The colors are so vibrant! I sat in myself and the woman at the front desk introduced herself as Kathy and proceeded to provideme with a menu, utensils and water. She was very pleasant and shared with me that they were short staffed and that she wanted toapologize in advance. I ordered the chilaquiles with salsa verde and carne asada on the side. When my order arrived, I wasshocked at how big the plate was. The carne asada was cooked to my liking (medium well) and so were my eggs (medium well). Thechilaquiles were GREAT. I don't like it when chilaquiles are soggy and these were NOT they had a crunch to them, which Ireally enjoyed. I want a fan of the rice, but I have to note that it wasn't horrible either. The beans were good andcomplimented the meal. Overall, I had a good meal and the service was GREAT. Kathy was very attentive and she sanitized theother two tables after they left. I highly recommend this place. I'll be back with my family."
