"The most un welcoming restaurant I have ever been to in River North. I went there twice, the first time it was a date. I arrived early before my date and waited for 3 minute for the host to come and no body showed up, but the minute my white date showed up, a host came. After getting seated, 45 minute into the date we were told that they had a private event so we had to leave, which we did. But that was not cool, not cool, maybe next time don’t add time slot availability if you know you will be having a private event, I shouldn’t event have to tell you to do your job right. The second time I went there, was with a friend, same energy but this time we had to go find the host so that we would be seated, and the sign on the front door said wait for the host. After 2 minute of standing there my friend decided to ask the bartender where the host is, and the bartender looked at her as if she didn’t exist. Worst experience ever, then a second later, the host came and said, this is a self serve place you can seat yourself. After that weird awkward encounter with the bartender my friends mood was gone, and we decided to take our money else where. This was such a horrible experience. And I never want to take my money to a business that doesn’t treat it guest with dignity respect."
