Smashburger - Menu

i work right next to this smashburger and recently tried it on my lunch break and i love the food and the milkshakes. makes me super full before going back to work. when i order online for pickup my order is already ready really fast which is amazing!10/10 leaves an amazing impression

I was in the mood for a juicy burger, and came upon Smashburger. First time trying it and was very pleased. I got the kids cheeseburger meal w/ sweet potato fries. (Because the way my bank account is set up.???????? lol! . Dequan was great and therestaurant was very clean. Will be back.

Friendly, maybe but fast is not in their vocabulary. Stop lying to your Dashers, don't have them waiting for orders that you haven't even started. I had a craving for a juicy burger and came across Smashburger. It was my first visit, and I was truly impressed. I went for the kids' cheeseburger meal with sweet potato fries (got to watch my budget, haha!). Dequan offered outstanding service, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I will definitely be back!

The staff is friendly, but it's clear that quick service isn't a focus here. It’s frustrating to see delivery drivers waiting for orders that haven't even started being prepared. Perhaps it would be a good idea to assign someone to manage pickup and delivery orders? While I suggest improving the organization, please refrain from condescending; we understand the situation.

Customer service is not good here. I have gone several times and each time there is always a problem. In one occasion, my burger was done wrong 3 times and I received attitude from the employee as if it were my fault. Another time, it took more than 30minutes for me to get a simple meal. The restaurant is understaffed and things get forgotten or take extremely long. Mysuggestion is to hire more staff and work on efficient service. Great food, but phone orders are ALWAYS wrong. At one point, my husband asked for my burger (in-person) with just lettuce, bbq sauce, and onions and they got it absolutely wrong 4x. The manager came in and took the order, and it STILL came back wrong. Andone of the times of the 4x, they added an ingredient we didn't even ask for. Right now, I'm eating the incorrect order with mayothat I asked to be removed (it says NO MAYO on the receipt, but that's not what I got). Please train your workers on attentionto detail. Or hire type A personalities.

My husband once placed a specific order for my burger in person, requesting only lettuce, BBQ sauce, and onions, yet it was messed up four times. Even when the manager personally took the order, it still didn’t come out correct. On one occasion, they even added an ingredient that we hadn’t requested. Now, I find myself with an incorrect order that has mayo on it, despite the receipt clearly stating "NO MAYO."
