"Never been. Figured let's see what it's about. Typical burger joint. I thought the smash name came from how they made the meat. Kinda looked like they smashed the burgers before wrapping it in a grease covered wrapper. From kitchen to our tablethat's what the bag looked like. Just soaking in grease. The burger pictured is the bacon double. What I found funny was ontvs they show sandwiches...mine looked like the 3rd cousin twice removed when compared to what was on TV. Probably shouldchange that. The smash tots, little twist. Tasted like parm and oregeno or somethin along those lines. Not bad. $29 bucks for2 burgers, tots, shake and a beer. I don't think the price is terrible. And the food was decent. Step above McDonald's atleast. Place was also a mess. We gave up and sat at a table with the least amount of crumbs on it. Someone did walk the floorhalf way thru us eating. But it was just to check the condiments at each table. The lady that took our order was veryfriendly. Having never gone but heard about it....I can at least say now I've been. I can't say I would go out of my way to eathere again but wouldn't kick someone out the car for wanting to. Bring hand wipes and maybe a wash cloth. The grease...stickswith you. Something else I noticed, looks like the company goes and posts pics of staged food. 23 days ago a bunch ofbeautiful sandwich pics were posted. That is definitely not what you will get. Don't disappoint yourself and think it comesout all prim and proper. Its shoved into a bag and you find your table."

"Came to this location for late lunch with 5 adults and 5 hungry children. I ordered the double BBQ Bacon burger which is listed at $10.99. Everyone else ordered burgers and most of the kids ordered chicken tenders. The chicken tenders came out almost immediately, but the burgers were brought out at different times. I got my burger about 10 minutes after I ordered, the other people in my party received their orders in about 8 minute intervals, with the final burgers being brought out after the kids had finished their tenders. Anyway, when I bit into my burger, I didn't taste either BBQ sauce or bacon. I lifted the bun to find 3 small poorly cooked bits of bacon and a couple spots of bbq sauce. I brought the burger back up to the lady at the counter and politely told her that my bbq bacon burger was missing both the bbq and bacon.. she stated that she personally made the burger, and that was the standard amount of condiments on the burger, but that she would remake it. I told her that if that was the standard that I would just ask for a refund. She identified herself as the manager Sherell, and in her defense, offered to remake the burger. She was not rude or unpleasant however indifferent at the obvious poor quality of product. She took a few more orders before she was able to provide a refund. No apologies. The service wasn?t great, the food was subpar at best and took a long time to get and for the quality of the product it was overpriced. The restaurant was not very clean, and the trash cans were full. Will not return."
