"I flew in today to celebrate my grandpa’s 90th birthday with my family and hit the ground running helping my dad, who’s been organizing a very chaotic family event today, make sure all the moving parts moved in the right directions. He had ordered catering ahead of time, making sure to order extra of certain sides to accommodate the non meat eater me. When we picked up our order, he was concerned that there was not enough to go around, and a lovely woman working there whose name I am KICKING myself for not catching offered to add an extra of each of the sides. My dad, stressed from the planning and wrangling, was not quite as please and thank you as he should have been, but she still went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed which was above and BEYOND!!! Seriously, she needs to be teaching the service hospitality part of training every time. She was AWESOME!!"
