"On a busy street across the street from a super market is a simple, casual ranch style building with terrific food. We used to go to Chatter's often. Why it fell off our list of go-to places, I don't recall. But I am glad that We went back--twice this month, Both times I ordered the grilled salmon, which tastes fresh and is served with brown rice, black beans and pico de gallo along with an assortment of mixed vegetables It is hard to find restaurants which serve the healthier brown rice.My husband had a Greek salad and then an artichoke misto dip served with carrots, celery and pita bread.The food here is mostly Mediterranean and Italian with a small selection of Asian dishes. The broad selection is both healthy and delicious."

"I went here with my friends on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at around 6 PM. We were brought to a booth and immediately greeted with a bad attitude from our server, who’s name I believe was Lily A. We had asked to split the check just a minute after we said not to, because we had a money issue. She proceeded to tell us off, saying that we can’t and it’s our issue because we didn’t say it at first. Throughout the whole time we were there, she would always come back and show disrespect. Once we ordered, she waved her hand, motioning for us to hand her the menus with a glare on her face. We only ordered two dishes to split between the four of us because we were not that hungry, and just were eager to get out of there after seeing her attitude. Every time she would walk away from our seats, she would stare one of us down, giving us a nasty look. I am beyond disappointed with the service at this location and will certainly never be coming back."

"Had dinner there tonight. Food was amazing! We had Fajitas, perfect sailor and wonderful taste! Our adult son had a Burrito the size of his plate and completely disappeared into our Fajitas! Our guys are groundless pits so that is absolutely no reflection on portion sizes. We also had the queso laguna ... the most delicious product I've ever tried in a Mexican restaurant!!! The restaurant was clean and the staff was really nice. Super thorough, without being intrusive or overwhelming. Prices are very reasonable. This will be our way as long as we live here in GA."

"As usual, I am so excited to dig in when my meal comes, that I forget to take photos to share. My dining experience is always the most anyone can hope for at Juniper Grill. Our waiter Jack was attentive and ensured that our experience was pleasant and flowed with ease. The Ahi Tuna Wonton: the tuna was seared perfectly and was paired nicely with cabbage spicy sauce. My only complaint was they were difficult to eat. Once you bite into it, it crumbled into little bits. My dining companion ordered the Smokehouse Platter. The meat was tender and flavor filled. I had the 8oz Filet Mignon, Medium rare. JG is one of only a few places to get that right. The chefs here know what they're doing. We didn't notice the one little hiccup once our dishes came to the table. It was addressed immediately and we were surprised there was an issue. We're forgiving people, and, it did not affect our rating of the evening. I've been to JG many times, this was my companion's first visit. We're already planning to return in the near future. Juniper Grill is worthy of every star we gave them."

"The food here was amazing! We booked a reservations and it was so easy to come in and get seated. The staff were friendly and had great recommendations. The place was well lit and spacious. We ordered cornbread to share at the table and it was super delicious with the sugar coating on top. I got the crab and shrimp enchiladas with fries and it was delicious. It is an up charge to substitute any sides that does not come with the dish. The table got the chicken dish with mash potatoes and shrimp tacos with rice/beans. Overall I would come here again on special occasions. "We loved being able to make a reservation here for a busy Friday night in the summer so that my family of 6 didn't have to wait forever for a table. Lexi our server was great, the menu was extensive so everyone found something they liked, and the food was delicious. The nachos were a huge hit and a great app to share. The Pub Burger was incredible with all the toppings and special sauce. The Reuben was also a terrific sandwich and perfectly made. We enjoyed both the pub fries and the sweet potato (waffle) fries. The strawberry salad was fresh and filling. The kids all enjoyed their food as well. My only gripe is how expensive the wings were. It was $15 for 12 wings... more than $1 per wing! I know it's been a while but I miss the days of the 25 cent wings."

The thing is that today I ordered and my order was missing some items I called and lady told me that she gonna send the rest of my order and I thought it’s ok, things happens. So, next delivery guy call me and say that he is in my door but I don’t see anybody and he tell me the address and he had incorrect, so I try to talk with this guy and was VERY RUDE, VERY RUDE, and he was yelling me and talking in not properly way. "Horrible experience right from the start. Arrived there at 4pm and the place was basically empty. Walked in and waited at the front for almost 5 minutes before someone came to seat us. Told the waiter we were ready to place our order as soon as he came by. He then brought our waters with lemon and I requested a packet of equal when he had a chance. Appetizer came out fairly quick....the boneless chicken was mostly breading and hard, The spinach dip was ice cold, quesidia was luke warm as well as the mozzie sticks. Asked for sour cream for quesidia and was told that is an extra charge. Waiter took back spinach dip to have it heated.....about 10 minutes later food came out, along with the return of the spinach dip and my asian chicken salad had fried chicken when I requested grilled chicken. Took that back to correct it. Still hadn't gotten the equal originally requested when we got our water, so had to get up and walk to the bar to request it again. Manager came over to apologize and offered to take $7.99 off the cost of the $17.99 appetizer and I said REALLY, the entire appetizer was either only luke warm or cold!!! He then decided to remove the entire cost for the appetizer from the bill. I've have been to the Applebees in Miller Place and Farmingville many times and never experienced these issues. Needless to say, that is the first and last time at the Lake Grove location for me."

"We made a reservation through OpenTable for our first visit to this restaurant. I wish I had specified a dining room, but since we weren't familiar with the place, I didn't know. Unfortunately, we were seated in a booth at the bar, right next to a party that was happening. All evening, we had people standing right against our table, which was quite uncomfortable. I was really just hoping for a pleasant dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our poor waiter couldn't even approach the front of our table to check on us; he had to reach out and shout from the corner. We spoke to the manager, who did remove the cornbread and one other $5 item from our bill. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning."

"One of my friends ordered a piña colada, while I opted for the frozen mango margarita, which was highly recommended. It was super frosty and festive for taco night. I chose the mahi mahi tacos, served with rice and a side of pickled jalapeños for some extra spice. Although I didn’t really need them because the slaw was already excellent, I added them for a little extra kick. My friend ordered the chilaquiles casserole, which wasn’t what we anticipated. We expected something more like a layered Mexican lasagna with corn tortillas, but it turned out to be akin to fajita nachos with chips and sauce. Regardless, my friend enjoyed the dish and took the leftovers home. We also ordered a cheese dip and a side of plantains, which were fantastic. Definitely get an order and share it! The service was quick and friendly, and the place was bustling on a Saturday night. Overall, it’s a great spot!"

"I?ve been coming here for 4 years and I?ve waited to see if things got better over the last 6 months. The manager, Monday 7/18 at 7:30pm is dismissive, interrupting, rude, and insisted everything is the same. Unfortunately it is not the same. Our shrimp was undercooked and lacks the pop of cooked shrimp. It was mushy and wasn?t seasoned. The salsa is either sour or not seasoned or has too much tomato and was awful. The worst part is the manager not taking the time tolisten to the customer. And the staff is dejected as well, I would know being that I go here often. I couldn?t imagine they are getting treated by customers very nicely considering what I assume is just poor management and chefs behindscenes. Moreover the health rating is a 78. I?ve recently had the same meal, Texas Fajitas, at Senor Patron the week before at Avalon and it was far superior. I will not be coming back to the Johns Creek location. And I would not give thisrestaurant any stars. And just 2 years ago it was much better. I?ve seen this manager here for these years as well so I feel bad even writing this bc I know he?s seen better too. I?m trying to not be overly critical, however this locationhas been struggling with consistency for about a year. The manager Insisting that the product is the same when I?m a regular customer telling you it is not the same is the final reason why I have decided to write a review. I suggest goingto the Avalon location. Johns Creek is treading water and probably should be reported."

"Overall an ok experience, I guess. We had a smooth reservation process, although had to wait for about 5 minutes for anyone to come up and ask us about being seated. There was no one up front and a crowd in the front of the restaurant when we arrived at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night. Cannot say that I would recommend this location for any type of meal with which you actually want to hear your dinner partner. My husband sat across a small table and we could not talk. We could not hear each other at all... and no we have no hearing problems... It was just that loud. So not a relaxing or a terribly enjoyable dining experience."

We did not finish our food and were not motivated to get it to go.The prices are fair (I get costs have gone up). If you 're going to charge restaurant prices, I expect a commensurate quality of food. This was below those expectations.We know how to make good Hispanic food at home. We ate here out of convenience (time) and to see if it 's more unique, making it worth eating out. This definitely tasted Americanized in a bad way. We should have cooked at home. ?"
