"I recently visited this restaurant and had a terrible experience. The staff was rude and disrespectful. The service was so bad that I requested a refund and decided to go to Mid Valley Golf Course, which is only 5 minutes away. As I was leaving, I spoke to a man in the parking lot who mentioned that bad service is common at Royal Saint Pats. I will never return to this restaurant and will now be giving my business to Mid Valley. They were understanding of my experience at Royal Saint Pats and even allowed me to golf without a tee time, giving me a free bucket of balls to warm up."

"So right after my son’s basketball game today (his team won) we decided to head out to Knot Norm Caterers to try the lobster roll. We discovered the place via Norwalk Buzz. We arrived at the restaurant and Jay and his team were most accommodating and quite generous with the lobster rolls. We were savoring every bite and did not want the experience to end. In fact my wife asked, “can we take three rolls to go...” We all agreed that we will be returning here in the near future. If you ever want to have an authentic New England style lobster roll, this is the place! Definitely 5+ stars and more. Thanks Jay and kudos to your awesome staff. Yosef from Danbury."

"Saw the sign for best lobster roll. Decided to try it. It was $38 for the smallest lobster roll I've ever had. Truly felt like a joke. The roll was decent taste wise. I also ordered the lobster bisque and clam chowder. Both soups felt like the poured a cup of water into it before serving it into small bowls. It was $15 for the bisque that had 2 small pieces of lobster in it and was essentially butter flavored water. My kids ordered the chicken which felt like they just warmed up frozen chicken in the oven and threw it on a plate. The fries were easily the best part of the meal."

"The food was tasty, but don't be misled by the pictures. I only received two pulled chicken tacos, while the image shows three. I didn't feel it was worth the money. The same goes for the brisket tacos; I got two small ones that were nothing like what was depicted. I felt cheated."
