"I stopped here for a quick sandwich before shopping. I ordered the classic ham sandwich. It has honey baked ham topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, Duke's mayonnaise, and hickory honey mustard on a flaky croissant. I asked for cheddar instead. It was a tasty sandwich. There are just a few square tables with chairs. The atmosphere is nothing to look at. You might have to wait awhile to order since other customers are there to order hams and to inspect them before buying."

"This restaurant frequently seems to be out of stock on various items. During my most recent visit, they didn't have BBQ chips, and for the last four visits, they’ve been out of brownies. It's hard to remember how often this has happened in the past. They've only offered mustard on two of my last four visits as well. Additionally, they've discontinued UTZ potato chips, and the substitutes are not nearly as good. While the sandwiches are delicious when they have what I want, I will certainly be reducing the frequency of my visits."

"The ham was absolutely delicious. While it isn't cheap, it's definitely worth the price. We placed an order online for pickup the day before Christmas, and the ham was ready when I arrived. I was pleased to see that they are diligent about following COVID-19 guidelines. The ham keeps really well, making it perfect for sandwiches! They also offer frozen side dishes like peeled potatoes and cinnamon apples, which are quite moist and nearly as good as homemade. My only suggestion would be for them to include gluten-free options and desserts on the menu."

"My wife called in advance to get a boneless spiral cut ham for Saturday, 12/26/15 for my family's Christmas gathering. When she got there at the agreed upon time on Saturday, they said she had to wait a little bit because it was not done. Then had to wait a little longer and when they finally brought out our order, it was not even what we ordered! My family, many were from out of town, were at the house and we had no main course for our Christmas meal. Thankfully, we thought of calling Ron's Original Bar and Grille in Exton and they were able to make us a tray of hot roast beef (at the last minute) which was done within an hour. My wife wrote a letter to the Honey Baked Ham company in Exton to let them know what had happened. We haven't heard anything back from them. So it appears that our satisfaction is not important to them. So we will never do business with Honey Baked Ham in Exton again. Update: in response to the owner, my wife put our address at the top of the letter."

"My family and I love this place. We visit twice a year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is a little pricey but it's good...we normally get both the Ham and Turkey half's. Great customer service and I always try to make use of the coupons. 12/2020 I had to share so Christmas of 2020 I went to order my usual Ham and Turkey because of COVID they don't allow you to see your item at time of purchase, so I took my order and left not thinking to check later, so on the day I was setting the table come to find out the Ham was not the same we were so disappointed. So the Saturday we return the Ham and explain what happened, the manager was not in so we had to wait until next week, on Tuesday I called and spoke to the manager explaining to her what happened she apologized and at my request reimbursed me on a gift card for next time. As a loyal customer I felt that my business was important and I can continue shopping there with my friends and family."

"Today 12/21/2021 at 3:00 PM I went to the Wolf Rd. Albany, NY.Location. I purchased 2 Boneless HBH'S one 6 lbs. and one 7.6 lbs. One Mac and Cheese side and One Walnut Cinnamon coffee cake. "We loved the honey baked ham company. We happen to be in the neighborhood and decided to stop here for lunch. Hubby had a club sandwich, and I had a salad. I forget which one. It was excellent. The service was awesome too. Polite and patient when tried to figure out what we wanted. We haven't eaten lunch here in many years. Not because it wasn't good, more of we don't visit this shopping center much. Also, the time we're both off work, they're closed. If you haven't been here, or it's been a while since you have, it's with the visit. Next time we're in the neighborhood, we will definitely do for lunch.
