"Disclaimer: I have never dined at this location, only delivery. That being said, I have ordered from here 3x and every time something was wrong with the order. I ordered the shrimp Romulus in the past, they sent penne with capers sauce and no protein at all. Uber Eats Gave me a refund, but seriously? Before that I ordered 2 pizzas and they only sent one ?! , again Uber Eats reimbursed me. The today they send me 2 lobster bisque that have NO FUKN LOBSTER AT ALL!! Some chopped up ravioli in some kind of vodka sauce that wasn't bisque. I heard such good stories about this place, they must all be just that, stories. Thrice burned, never again, so much better pizza establishments on the island."

"After moving from bk to si two years ago, i was seriously missing bk style pizza and I swear this place has exactly that! I love their pizza because it has perfect crust that isn’t too thin too thick or too doughy or burnt. It also has perfect cheese to sauce ratio, not too much and not too little. I love their eggplant and olive toppings along with mixed pies of meats and veggies. I also love their calzones, pasta dishes and salads. In other words, literally every single thing i tried here has not disappointed me. The wait time is also not long for pickup and staff on the phone and in person are so friendly they really appreciate your business."

"THIS IS THE BEST PIZZERIA IVE EVER BEEN TOO. 10/10 Recommend. Anything and everything you eat here is the best, the quality in every ingredient, the portion size, the variety, etc. This place is a very inviting and welcoming atmosphere, and is wonderful for people with food allergies such a gluten intolerance and other allergies. "Most importantly, this is the best pizza by the slice available in Bay Ridge right now.We stopped in on a Saturday for a quick lunch and to-go order and walked away pleasantly satisfied. The Hot Grandma's square with pepperoni and Mike's Hot Honey was delicious and very well-balanced. The Mediterranean slice was fresh and featured an abundance of fresh vegetables and olives. The to-go item was a buffalo chicken slice which looked and tasted amazing.The only disappointment was the small order of garlic knots. It did not taste like it was made with the same dough as the pizza, or the same sauce as on the pizza. Leading to an off taste when being eaten along with the pizza. This issue does not impact my review as I was hoping for good pizza and received excellent pizza.Other than that, good service, employees, and a clean establishment."

"This place is great..I can literally walk there they have the best vegan/gluten free pizza you will ever have in your life! If I had to drive hours to come here, I would. I have also recently tried the vegan/gluten free brownie it was so deceptive I would wager money that no one will be able to say that it is not milk or gluten. It was $6 for 1 brownie I thought was extremely high. If it were less, I would definitely get it much more often, but $12 for two is too high for me. At this point, I can make a batch myself... still in a pinch.. overtakes delicious. Come here if you're 1. Love good food, 2. Have food restrictions 3. Want to have the best pizza of your life. (Your BBQ sauce is to die for) They also have many not vegan / gluten free products as well as what they offer is incredible!!! You have to try, you won't be disappointed."

"The employee handled our food and prepared a new pizza without washing his hands after touching various items, such as papers, the register, and our payment. This is not only unappetizing and unsanitary, but also particularly concerning during a pandemic. I can't understand how this is deemed acceptable by the owner or manager. Additionally, he wasn't wearing a mask. While I realize that mask mandates may no longer be in place, it would still be wise for them to wear one to protect both their customers and the food. Many other restaurants continue to uphold this practice. At the very least, they should follow basic hygiene protocols and wash their hands before touching food. I cannot recommend this restaurant."

"I wish I could leave a zero star! Placed an order online at 6pm. Arrived for pick up at 6:45pm was told 5 more minutes! I went back in and then was told they were out of onion rings! He offered something else for same price. I went with the toasted ravioli and he told me 5 more minutes! I waited about 10 minutes and went back in, the cook answered the phone and then picked up a sub from the pizza oven with his bare hands after answering the phone! Didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves! I asked to cancel my order, he said why and then I explained why! He said go cancel and I asked how! He said I don’t know and then walked away! Will never order here again!"

"I've been ordering from Baldwins since 2017, and I can't believe it took me so long to write a review. They are consistently excellent! We place orders from our office almost every week, and whenever we visit friends, we always bring a variety of dishes that create a joyful atmosphere. My personal favorite is the individual pie topped with arugula and prosciutto. The staff who answer the phone are always friendly, and the fact that we've never received a bad dish after so many orders speaks volumes about their consistency. Even during the pandemic, they kept their doors open and delivered to our office. We absolutely love Baldwins!"

"The food is great, but when there was a problem with my order, the restaurant didn’t reach out to me directly; instead, they made the dasher call me! I ordered nearly an hour ago, and my food still isn’t out for delivery—by now, I should already be done eating! This is my second time ordering from them here, and it’s likely to be my last. "Really good pizza. It seems to be family races. My son just moved to the neighborhood. I called the slice app and they spoke with them I was on hold and informed the restaurant said it was nothing they could do BUT offer me 50% off my next purchase (as if I was ever gonna order from them again) then I called the restaurant MYSELF ! I could hear the owner in the back telling the man that he’d call me back avoiding to get on the phone I let him know that I didn’t need a call back and that I would inform the health department of this because it is no way I should have received food like that! They called slice back which made them contact me saying it’s the company policy to come get the food to see if they will give a refund and that they wanted to send a driver , I let them know to deliver the message to the owner it is no need my kids already ate majority of the pizza that I had to HEAT UP upon arrival and that I don’t have to prove anything to anyone and that I will still be proceeding with contacting the health department! Will HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE& FOOD !"

"I frequently order from here. My wife enjoyed her bolognese, but the eggplant roll I tried had a rancid taste, which I suspected was due to the ricotta. I called to report the issue, and they were very polite and promptly sent me a slice of eggplant. I was pleased with that, as it was delicious, just as I had hoped. "I have been ordering from All Star Pizza for nearly four years. After dining here several times, I’ve figured out which dishes are worth ordering and which to skip. The burgers are particularly tasty. However, the service is consistently disappointing. Deliveries are often late, resulting in cold food. They frequently mix up orders and respond rudely to customers. Recently, I received a burger with a misshapen, overcooked patty. It seems like they try to hide their errors. I won’t be ordering from this place again."

"Stopped in this evening to grab a vegan slice for my sister in law. Dan made her the best vegan vodka personal pie she’s ever had. I had a personal regular pie and it was delicious! Dan was superrrrrrrr nice. You can tell he’s a genuinely good soul and really wants his customers to enjoy the food. 100% going back. What really moved me was a sign he has on his window , recognizing that homeless people steal food out of his garbage and welcoming them in for pizza and a beverage. Wish I could attach the photo.
