One of our friends ordered the kale Caesar salad, which they liked, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed his gnocchi. The tagliatelle ai funghi was delicious but a little too salty for my taste. "Dino is an elegant Italian restaurant that offers a wide selection of menu options for first-time visitors. The calamari and cocktails were excellent, and the server was very knowledgeable about the menu. Although my roasted chicken was slightly underwhelming and took an additional 30 minutes to prepare compared to other dishes, it was still decent and had a crispy skin. The Parmesan shoots were a delicious addition. The garlic bread here is unique, with a light and raw garlic paste generously spread on toast. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not one I would necessarily revisit."

"This place truly exceeded my expectations! The blend of restaurant dining and healthy food is wonderfully balanced here. We tried the salmon crepe, which was a solid 5 stars. I’d suggest adding avocado to it. The chili cheese fries were a bit too salty for my taste, so I would give them 3 stars. However, the chicken salad was our absolute favorite! The portions are huge, and it’s not just plain lettuce; it features a proper salad mix with various ingredients and generous amounts of freshly grilled chicken. We're definitely planning to come back!"

"They are #1 in my book! I will be back for sure! Just recently I ordered from Andy's Deli $173 worth of deli products. The shipping to Arizona was reasonable, and in March is not so hot here. Delivery come pretty quick and most of the items satisfactory, accept one mistake. After emailing manager (maybe owner? I receive immediately response with apology! The next day he call me and we had very nice conversation. This is the way to run business! I'm still to try all the products, but so far Krakowska and Canadian bacon was very tasty. They are #1 in my book! I will be back for sure!"

"Recently stopped in to eat. Nobody acknowledged us so I spoke up and asked can we take a seat? Ended up waiting for 10 minutes and nobody came to us. We were only people in here. "Wow. What a gem. Took a risk trying this place out with such a low Yelp rating I am so glad I did. Wings hands down best in the area. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Their jumbo party wing drumsticks are the size of KFC chicken drumsticks. Mango habanero was delicious had a nice kick. I am looking forward to trying more flavors they have quite an extensive list. Cheesesteak was delicious. Delicious bread, great balance of steak, cheese, and rest of toppings. Note: they charge extra for using credit. Also there is no seating it's a takeout place with no frills. Per owner recommendation, I will be trying out their gyros and falafel next time. Eventually I will try their tandoori chicken pizza as well!"

"that eats is good, but my husband and I were there twice in a week. for the third time we have ordered ourselves via the phone and learned that the customer service is terrible. over the phone the owner shouted at me practically when I questioned the total number, as it was significantly higher than our last order with the same eating. He even hanged on me and I didn't even fear him. the price was inflated via the phone in comparison to person. we were excited about this place, but I will never give them a money after I was treated like that. very unprofessional and sad."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I found the place to be very clean. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly, and the staff were quite pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, my food didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a bowl of white rice with sesame chicken, but it was prepared differently than I'm used to. The chicken pieces were small and accompanied by string beans, yellow peppers, and a spicy sauce. Additionally, the white rice was undercooked. I noticed that while I was ordering, another customer returned their noodles for the same reason. I hope this was just a one-time issue that they will address. Honestly, I believe I could find a better quick meal for $12 in the same area."

"Like a champion athlete, Dovetail went out at the top of its game, undefeated after a reign of over a decade as the best restaurant on the Upper West Side. We went for the final dinner last Saturday night, as much as to say good bye as to celebrate with one last great meal. The champ did not disappoint. Every dish was superb. The lamb was the best in memory and the wine pairings were intelligently, imaginatively, chosen. The service and the mood of the diners was celebratory. Everyone wanted the place to go out at its best. I await the next act. The owners and most of the staff will be back in two months with a new restaurant. Equaling Dovetail will be a great challenge. My money is for them to come back different but wonderful, aspirating to new heights."

"Went here for a double date a few weeks back. A friend at the table was having issues finding a plate she wanted. When she asked for a pasta plate with an order of chicken ON THE SIDE, it was flat out refused. Everything was prepared the true Italian way . I payed for my appetizer and we left. I do not belive this food is cooked on premises; it is made elsewhere (the other restaurant) and brought in. This is why they can not simply add a chicken breast on the side.What really amazes me is the audacity the owner has to be combative and criticize a factual review. She then took the time to try to shame my friend who wrote a truthful review not once but twice by editing her response a week later after she sat there googling him. This is shameful for the owner and her staff. I do not know where these 5 star reviews talking about service come from because the woman was rude, pushy and arrogant as an angry boar.Hint for the staff: If a customer asks what a plate is prepared like, do not tell them to google it as your first answer. Response This is a case of bad communication turned worse. At no point did we want that. She simply asked for chicken of any kind to be added to the dish. When the waitress said no, we asked if we could pay for just a piece of fried chicken to be eaten with it. Flat out refused.There is no hate involved in this post. I liked my appetizer. I disliked the way the waitress was pushy and kinda rude. My friend chose to write a review at the time. I did not. Someone responded day of. Some one then chose to google him and change the review response a week later? Very unprofessional, rude, and uncalled for.My review is again a service review on the first issue in the resturant, and now this googling habit.Good appetizer, bad manners."
