"We started with crostini, which included flavors like tomato and basil, goat cheese, and white bean—everyone particularly enjoyed the white bean variety. One of our friends ordered the kale Caesar salad, which they liked, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed his gnocchi. The tagliatelle ai funghi was delicious but a little too salty for my taste. The panna cotta was visually appealing but lacked the flavor I had anticipated; it was also unexpectedly firm, without any wobble, although it thankfully didn’t have a rubbery texture. Overall, the service was attentive without being intrusive, adding to the pleasant dining experience."

The atmosphere was nice. What I ordered seemed like it was missing some sort of sauce. I ordered mushroom stuffed ravioli, but it didn't come in a sauce, which I thought was really weird. I may come back here and give this place another try as I am often in this area. View menu

It's great having a local Italian spot with homemade pasta. I've eaten here several times and the food was always good. Although I would prefer a cheesy, veggie pasta dish to be on the menu, I've always been satisfied with my orders and the service. The prices are also reasonable.

Came here tonight for my mothers bday, we live a block away and I’m not sure why we have not been here before. So glad we did! The food was delicious and the service was incredible! We had shrimp scampi, chicken franchise and the gnocchi plates along with the fried calamari as appetizer. Some drinks to go along. Honestly a great neighborhood spot! We’ll be coming by again for sure! Thank you!

Had Dinner with my family I have to say the staff is amazing 1. Steak was tough and dry. We order it with squid ink pasta Pasta was amazing 2. Fettuccine Alfredo was very good. But I got it with salmon The salmon was not a good cut of fish. It looked like the salmon you get in the bag at Walmart. The settings was beautiful staff was amazing wine was good. Fine tune a few things and it will be a 5 star review View menu

I just have to say that the Kale Caesar salad is incredible! The portions are large, they are generous with the dressing, and I absolutely love the strips of Parmesan cheese. It's simply delicious! And the polenta... wow! It's truly comfort food—so good, especially on a cold, rainy day. If I had their polenta at home, I would eat the whole pot! I've tried nearly every pasta dish on the menu, and you can't go wrong with any of them. It's a neighborhood favorite. Enjoy!

Long overdue review! I’ve been coming to Saggio since they initially opened. It’s the go to place in the neighborhood for excellent Italian food. They have delicious homemade sauces, crostini’s, and the best kale Caesar salad (it’s addicting). The atmosphere is very comfortable and quaint and staff are friendly and accommodating. They also have a great Happy Hour, always with very good wines. And their Limoncello is to die for. During nice weather you can sit out back on their cute and quiet patio. I always enjoy coming here.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
