"This is the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my life, with a ridiculously rude and disrespectful owner. We placed a large order and was told our food would be delivered within 45 minutes. After an hour, we called to check on the status of our food as it still hadn’t been delivered. They “checked” on the order and claimed it was out for delivery. After another 15 minutes, we still hadn’t received our order and called again. Then, they told us they never made our order and our ticket got lost. When we asked how that happened when they had JUST informed us that our food was out for delivery, they had nothing to say and hung up on us. When we called again and requested a refund and our food to be delivered, after we had waited for nearly an hour and a half, the owner rudely said “I’m not going to do that. I’m a business man and you’re trying to take advantage of me.” And for a SECOND TIME, they hung up on us. When we called back, the owner “stepped out” and had someone else handle our issue. This place is insanely unprofessional, has horrible customer service, and deserves 0 stars and 0 business. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other restaurant in the Chicagoland area unless you want to be upset by the service and the owner’s terrible attitude."
