"our server was rude and negligible. we have watched them actiw, give them their other table stellar service, yet never came to our table and from the flea mouse clear, they thought we were bad customers. the restaurant itself made me feel as if I stayed in a cryptic, disturbing backroom, like someone's big tanten house on Thanksgiving - or as if someone tries to create an Italian restaurant mixed with a rural kitchen and there was a nautical themed name. and it's so quiet that you feel like whispering, even when the opera plays in the background. it has only a strange dream, as it is not real, and the meal times were essentially microwave dinners that cost $30 or more on $2 cubed plates. so if we could evaluate this place zero stars, we would. definitiw a never-recurring experience."

"Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

"I thought this place would have great fresh seafood but I was so wrong! Only thing that was good was the lobster bisque. We ordered calamari for the table and it tasted stale. I ordered the surf and turf , I asked for a medium steak and my steak was burnt. None of us enjoyed our food and it was very disappointing."

"Hmmm Please please please do not go by the location or the decor outside. It's small place with a big taste and quality. Watching the family taking care of the food so closely makes me feel home. Now the Food, Greek spices are subtle and fresh. It's not like my own Indian overwhelming curry stuff ; And man this place brings it out and proves it. I just love going back there. Gyro is carved out off a live gyro station and it is fresh. Grilled veggies are done right. The sauces are a perfect complement to the homemade taste in any of their dishes. Portion is more than satisfying and their service is very accommodating. Kids love it. Can't ask for anything more. Enjoy!"

"We had a very disappointing dinner at Cuts last night. Nearly every aspect of our experience was sub par. We were seated promptly and greeted at our table quickly. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Our server told the soup and veggie of the day and left. We ordered the Goat Cheese Risotto Fritts and the Escargot. The Escargot came out quickly and was quite good. We never got the Fritters. We finished the Escargot and still didn't have our cocktails. We had planned on asking about the Fritters, but the next time we saw our server, he was bringing out our main courses, so we decided to just let it go. I ordered the Cuts Ribeye. My steak was just ok. The description on the menu says it's marinated in fruit juices. This sounded nice, but the actual flavor was very citrus forward, but really more like marishino cherries ick and was quite tough and chewy. The mashed potatoes were just ok as well and somehow kind of dry and tasteless. My husband ordered the burger. His burger looked really good, but was served dry. We waited for quite some time to get the attention of our server to ask for some mayo. It was about at this point when our cocktails finally showed up. We waited and waited on the mayo. I ate my steak while he continued to wait for the mayo. By the time he got the mayo, the burger was cold and he sent it away. I ask for the server just to bring him a Ceasar Salad, which came out quickly enough, but was really nothing more than a plate of torn up Romain lettuce with a very bland dressing. Our service was contrasted with the couple that was seated next to us. When their server greeted them (the same server as ours), he gave them a nice explanation of the restaurant and the menu. explained the specials in detail, and welcomed them. For some reason, we were rushed and ignored while they were treated like family. go figure . . . . We booked Cuts hoping for a very nice dinner out. Unfortunately, we had a frustrating night."

"The Packing House. This was another awesome experience for the Supper Club journey! After we confirmed our reservations, we headed to the bar. Started with the WISCO Old Fashion and Martini, they make great drinks by the way! It wasn’t long before we were seated for dinner. Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the dinner options. We had a combination of the duck, tenderloin, vegan dish and pork chop for dinner. The food was amazing! Over all a 5 star experience! Thanks for a great Saturday night dining experience!"

"Came here for my anniversary with my wife and 2 little ones. BEWARE when going here and be careful on the steps!!! This restaurant is on the second floor of a hotel. The host there is a child (maybe 15 years old). I ended up getting my leg CUT OPEN by a STEAK KNIFE that fell off the tray because the host knocked into the waiter coming down the steps and the knife slit my leg open. Freak accident but a true story. The service was great the food is OK (you pay for bread) but the only steak house in the area which sucked but whatever. Coming from a PREVIOUS restaurant owner when you have tabs that are $150 the least you can do is give out bread! The hospitality and leadership of this business needs serious restructuring. The owner comped only my meal after eating there 3 nights in a row!!! After he said I 'll take care of the bill. Who knows if the knife was dirty or not!! Took no incident report, didn 't ask for my information to follow up with me to see if all is ok and to top it off only gave me a band aid and wet towel. Was no where to be found either when I left. Make your choices wisely and beware to stay away from the host!!! especially when waiters are going up and down the steps with trays of food!"

"Ordered take-out, Souvlaki on Stick, when I arrived home to open bag. I discovered the Souvlaki pieces were apparently taken off the stick and put on paper tray. I was expecting and prefer Souvlaki to stay on the stick for me to remove. Regardless, the pork tasted too dry. "Service was the worst we experienced as an entire company. Very unfortunate when we came to spend , and we regularly have 20-30 associates fly in for weeks at a time. Crab was delicious, but the atmosphere was heavily impac6ed by the pure distane our server displayed towards our entire group. As a frequent traveler and patron of restaurants all over the country, I sure hope this issue is addressed before the company as a whole is impacted negatively. Oyster on the half shell had bits and pieces of shell throughout several of them."

"Another couple asked us to dinner the other night and we were not disappointed!!! The ladies had stuffed shrimp and the guys had the king cut prime rib. Fared and seared!!! Unbelievably good and the price was excellant!! We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend it!!"

"The food came out barely warm especially the barbecue chicken. It was cold and the sauce had way too much vinegar in it. The other food was ok. I guess the server didn't believe us when we said the food wasn't hot so she got the manager who tried to tell us their procedure for keeping the food hot which didn't change the fact that our food was luke warm at best. It could have just sat too long before it was brought to the table. This is a buffet restaurant and we ordered off the menu. The corn bread and the fried chicken were hot. They switched out my barbecue chicken for fried."

"We really enjoyed our stop here on our way back from our trip! The restaurant has a classic diner atmosphere, complete with delicious food and excellent service. With such a vast menu, it's hard to believe anyone wouldn't find something they like! Our waiter was friendly and funny, which added to the experience.
