"this may be the worst managed essage on the planet, expecting them to wait 15-20 minutes for a bagel. they can literally have a full breakfast in one of the fat spoons in the city in the time that it takes them to roast a bagel and apply some cream cheese. moe’s bagels, down, a bit will have them out of the door, also with a long line, in less than five minutes. in the past I have asked why this is and the cash has gone into a long explanation about the front of the house vs back of the house etc. it sounds like an extremely complex process, like spacecraft assembly or something. the bagels are okay and the staff is friendly, but I wouldn't go there even if the dings were free. If I'm on the market for a bagel, I have to do something. 100% of the time. this is the whole purpose of a bagel, they can pack it fast and eat it on the run. restaurant management is obviously in denial how much of a s show this place is. I was very patient with this place, but there was no improvement. I suggest that the administration takes a walk to moe’s to see how to run a bagel shop because you need a cure."
