"this may be the worst managed essage on the planet, expecting them to wait 15-20 minutes for a bagel. they can literally have a full breakfast in one of the fat spoons in the city in the time that it takes them to roast a bagel and apply some cream cheese. moe’s bagels, down, a bit will have them out of the door, also with a long line, in less than five minutes. in the past I have asked why this is and the cash has gone into a long explanation about the front of the house vs back of the house etc. it sounds like an extremely complex process, like spacecraft assembly or something. the bagels are okay and the staff is friendly, but I wouldn't go there even if the dings were free. If I'm on the market for a bagel, I have to do something. 100% of the time. this is the whole purpose of a bagel, they can pack it fast and eat it on the run. restaurant management is obviously in denial how much of a s show this place is. I was very patient with this place, but there was no improvement. I suggest that the administration takes a walk to moe’s to see how to run a bagel shop because you need a cure."

I enjoy her breakfast burritos. the bagels are also good. would be nice if they served sitting customers with tellers and tassen instead of paper, but overall a pleasant experience. I'm glad to see the faces of the staff lately! View menu

The first time I came here to take out, some of the bagels were burnt on top.UPDATE: Fortunately, WoodGrain customer service is excellent, and we got a free batch of bagels to make up for it the next time. Overall the bagels are delicious and I will certainly be coming back! I especially recommend the Jalapeño cream cheese!

I went to Wood Grain for the second time. The bagels were fresh and had a good variety of toppings, but the service was extremely slow, even when the restaurant wasn't busy. Another issue was that the breakfast sandwich came with overcooked homefries both times, which were also deep-fried. I would recommend skipping the homefries when ordering.

very variable in quality and consistency during the pickups (not recently fed.) I had several occurrences where either the bagel was burned or the wrong court was given. today they gave me a meat-sweet instead of a vegan. they have been on refunds promptly, but that does not reduce them from the overall bad experience. in the opposite order we will order again. I have walked by this restaurant several times and it always smells and looks delicious. I ordered an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and it was pretty good. I would give it 4 stars, but the outside was a little too burnt for my liking. The seeds were toasted black, almost burned. Despite that, the flavor was good so I still consider it a decent bagel.

We had a great time at WoodGrain during our visit to Boulder today. The bagels and spreads were incredibly tasty. The restaurant has a cozy charm both inside and out, with its decor and split wood design. The service was friendly, the food was excellent, and the menu was creative. We especially appreciated supporting a small business instead of a large bagel or coffee chain. Thank you, WoodGrain!
