"We were thrown off as soon as we entered. The hostess told me we didn’t have a reservation and that she just printed the list before I arrived. I offered to show her my reservation on the app and she snapped at me “well you must have just set minutes ago”. This was not the case, I made the reservation more than hours before hand. Also, there were plenty of tables available all over. Overall, the food was pretty good and our server was pleasant. Just couldn’t get over how rude and unwelcoming the host was, and could hear her being that way towards the servers too"

"Family birthday celebrations at restaurants are a thing for our our family. Tully's was the spot chosen by our nephew and his teenage daughter this year to celebrate their joint birthdays. We had a wonderful lunch gathering at Tully's for this occasion. Everyone's food was plentiful and delicious. Our knowledgeable and friendly server, David was helpful and gracious. He was attentive refilling drinks during our meals. The birthday people shared the huge ice cream cake dessert which they proclaimed delicious and more than enough for both of them. "Always amazed how Uno has lasted this long with other iconic Restaurant chains closing down from my childhood, but somehow they've managed to stay and continue to provide a classic experience out for the family. The food isnt nothing to blow you away, but in all fairness they are really the only place close enough to serving “deep dish” pizza cravings in the area. "On a positive note, the meal arrived surprisingly quickly. However, the expeditor placed my steak down facing away from me, so I had to turn it around to take pictures. It's much easier to cut your steak when it's in front of you instead of over your mashed potatoes and squash! I guess if they’re in a hurry, they just want to get dishes out of the kitchen and onto the table. The service from my server was passable, and the meal was decent overall. I particularly enjoyed the squash, and the steak was tasty as well; the temperature was just right. Dessert was delightful. However, I found the wine to be excessively overpriced. I could have bought an entire bottle for $8, yet I only got a glass, so I won't be doing that again."

"Even with the Open Table reservation, the hostess station was unable to seat us in a booth. We were offered a half booth (long shared bench seat and 2 chairs) and declined, stating we would wait for a real booth. They took all my information on a clipboard (acted like they had no access to Open Table info), told us to wait in our car. They called 20 minutes later, saying your booth is ready. We re-entered and were taken to the same half-booth we declined 25 minutes earlier. No offense, but it was right in the open path to the bathrooms, and on a previous visit to this location, we sat in this same seat and watched a diaper being changed on the half-booth bench right next to us. We left without eating there, first time I ever left a restaurant in my life. And we are Mug Club members from opening day here."
