"I had my What-Cha-Ma-Call-It Pasta changed up a bit. I still had Rigatoni, Marinara, Roasted Red Peppers and two different items this time. Had, also, Kalamata Olives and Seasoned Plum Tomatoes. All with slivered cheese on top. Leah was great as always for service. I forgot how to spell her name. A great trip to Uno."

Looked like a new crust recipe, but was it ever good on my Deep Dish Spinoccoli. I also loved the way the tomato sauce was ladeled over the top like another topping. So so good.

I could not enjoy myself any more than I did today with a Cauliflower Crust with Broccoli, Soinach, and Artichoke on it. It was ever so wonderful to go along with Sarah’s fine service at the bar.

I had Cauliflower Crust with Bell Peppers, Sliced Onions and Sliced Tomatoes. The best part was a Round Thin Crust cut as a Square Pizza. So easy to eat that way. Great pizza through and through.
