"We’ve been to many Cheesecake Factory locations around the world but the one here was sadly not up to the brand name. We came here for Valentine’s Day to have a date, it started off with a good hour wait since they don’t take reservations on valentines. Our server Garrett was really kind and took care of us but would disappear making it tough to ask for help! The fresh bread basket is usually served as the waters are served but after our Arnold Palmer arrived I had to ask him if we could get some bread which he then brought out for us. Thankfully that was the warmest of the food we had that night. We ordered the Jamaican shrimp and chicken but subbed the black beans with “fresh corn” and the Louisiana style pasta and to end we ordered the mango key lime cheesecake. The food was such a miss with everything! The menu mentioned the shrimp came with white rice but we were given brown rice with zero sauce (which we asked for separately), we should’ve stuck with the beans cause the corn was so raw and had a bite to it instead of it being steamed. The pasta was good but it felt a bit too Al dente to the point of half raw. None of our food was warm or hot, it was served Luke warm. We couldn’t even call our server cause he would keep disappearing and not come back for a good 20 minutes which was a long while for us to wait to send the food back. We ordered the cheesecake to go but it arrived overly melted as though someone sat on it before bringing it out. Our server apologized and went to change it and again brought it back only after 20 minutes by when it started melting again and by this point we were so tired of the wait and just wanted to leave thus no picture. We are not sure if this was due to the rush but quality for food should never drop!"

"When it was our turn, the cashier greeted us with a warm smile. We asked for her recommendations, and she suggested the 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake and the Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake. In the end, I opted for the 30th Anniversary Cheesecake. As the cashier processed our order, another woman behind the counter carefully boxed up our cheesecakes. Both of them seemed genuinely happy during the process. The moment we got to our car, we could hardly wait to take a bite… and wow, it was pure heaven! I’m continually impressed by how delicious their cheesecakes are. The portion sizes are generous enough to share or save for later. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this location for fantastic customer service and amazing cheesecakes. You can count on us returning very soon!"

"Enjoyed a great evening out last night celebrating a special event at The Cheesecake Factory. It was very busy for a Wednesday night but making reservations ahead of time got us in smoothly with no wait time at all. Our waiter Joseph was awesome! He tookvery good care of our party. He continuously checked on us. Made sure our drinks were refilled and any requests accommodated.Their basket of bread especially their wheat bread here is our absolute favorite! He made sure that kept coming! Joseph reallymade our experience a wonderful one. Our food tasted outstanding! Their cheesecake dessert of course is what they're known forand boy was it mouth watering delicious!! Highly recommend!"

"I had a disappointing experience at the Burlington Mall location. The waiter was extremely rude, and my food orders kept coming out incorrectly. My appetizer never arrived, yet I was still charged for it. After I complained, they did remove the charge from the bill. The place was also very crowded, leading to long wait times. Despite this unfortunate experience, I still love the food!"

"I met my friend there this past Wednesday to celebrate her birthday. We met at the location in the Walt Whitman mall We were seated in a booth as we had requested. There we sat for about 20 minutes before our server acknowledged us . After taking our order we didn’t receive so much as water for another 1/2 hour . She disappeared for about 50 minutes . I went to the front and mentioned we hadn’t seen our server .we asked what’s taking so long? She claimed it was because I ordered my burger well done . Well my burger arrives and not only wasn’t it well done but it wasn’t the one I ordered . I send it back and my friend starts eating her fish which was a bit cold and I wait . Someone from management was taking care of me now and he brings me a new order . Also not the one I ordered and with fries not the salad I ordered . This was the 2 nd attempt How does a restaurant take 4 tries to fill a simple order. No apology when it took 2 more tries to get my simple order correct . I had to pack it up cause I wasn’t hungry any longer . We got a slice of cheesecake we had to ask for which they give bday people anyway and an accusation from the actual manger I asked for that nothing about our horrible experience was a big deal and I just didn’t want to pay for hamburger. He kept saying the incorrect orders were no big deal. I guess they wanted me to pay and eat what they wanted not what I wanted . The upsetting part was they felt they did nothing wrong . The miserable attitude complimented the miserable experience of a restaurant that used to be a fun good place to dine . Turns out our server was apparently covering us on the opposite side of the restaurant where her section was and was offering no service to us under protest cause she had to go back and forth . Her misery was clearly visible as she never once checked on us .Apparently everyone is unhappy there which means management isn’t doing their job and needs to move to a quiet location where they can sit and not do anything. Unprofessional and angry attitude there . Stick with places that are happy to see customers.also, I made several attempts to call and leave a voicemail for their customer service as you can’t get one on the phone during business hours so after 4 voicemail attempts I gave up and decided never to return. Parking: Typical mall lot with traffic and hard to find parking."

"The service is probably the best we had in a long time. Our server Jamese was so personal that we could not help, but every time she died to check us out. I started with a good Mannered Dirty Martini. I suggest you ask for him extra dirty. The food was delicious, but we wished we knew our lunch special didn't come with something other than the duck. We might have expected a salad or a soup, but that was our first time we had asked. Overall we had a great time and the restaurant is beautiful. We definitely go back and start this time with an appetizer."

"I got my new partial dentures on September 30th, 2021 and on this day I was able to enjoy some real steak. It was amazing. The steak was tender and juicy, the mashed potatoes were made from red potatoes and were very tasty as well. We shared a slice of original cheesecake and it was so rich and sweet in all the right places. The dinner was enough to share for 2 people. Our waiter was alert of our needs and served us well. I felt he cared about our dining experience the whole time we were there. Thank you for making my experience very enjoyable and remember able for me."

"We don't typically dine at chain restaurants, but some friends recommended we try out their happy hour special. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. They offered $5 margaritas, mojitos, Long Island iced teas, and more, but what really impressed me was the $5 appetizer deal. The four of us split a plate of 4 burger sliders, 4 southwestern egg rolls, a generous portion of nachos, and about 8 crab rangoon. These appetizers were more than enough for our meal. The only downside was the slow service, as mentioned in other reviews. Despite that, I would definitely return for happy hour."

"The atmosphere was lively with upbeat, modern music, and the restaurant is located in the Union Square shopping area. For me, it was a high-end dining experience. However, as someone who is quite frugal, I found the prices a bit hard to swallow. I'm not wealthy, and many of the menu items sounded amazing, but I couldn’t justify spending that much on a single meal. I dream of a dining experience that is enjoyable and welcoming but still affordable. It’s important to learn where budget-friendly options exist and where they don’t. Dining alone meant I couldn’t really bring a date with these prices! I dislike spending more than necessary on anything. I ended up having a salad with a little chicken and a quesadilla topped with guacamole, diced tomatoes, and sour cream. It was delicious! Still, my budget limited me to just that. This bittersweet feeling is something many people can relate to. And I can’t help but wonder who those people are with the hidden cameras on them. I certainly didn’t pay for those bizarre fish-eye lenses from Tijuana!"

"I deducted half a star due to the acoustics. It's puzzling why the first floor is left unused, especially when there’s a wait for tables. The menu can be a bit overwhelming, and with such a large selection, it makes me question the quality of the food; however, I’ve been pleased with my choices so far. I've ordered the Tuscan Chicken twice, which has less than 590 calories, and I always end up with leftovers. It's flavorful and generous in portion. Another favorite of mine is the barbecue ranch chicken salad. The soup is good as well. However, the bar area leaves something to be desired."

"Absolutely amazing service!! Sandra dee was our server and she went beyond and beyond. Come to find out she was new, but my fiancée and I never guessed she was!! She recommended a very great drink and it was so good!! She was such an amazing server I was amazed and definitely will be back!! She made our experience wonderful! The food was so good, and of course the cheese cake was so great!"
