"I ordered a pizza with a custom request since I can't eat cheese and paid for it in advance. I was told it would take about 10 minutes, but after waiting 25 minutes, I returned to find them surprised. One employee rushed to the make line, while another told me it would be another 10 minutes. I was frustrated but decided to wait another 20 minutes. When I returned, I was met with the same excuse and was informed that they had relocated my order. At that point, I just asked for a refund because it was clear they were unable to fulfill my order, and I didn't want to waste any more time. The staff member replied that she would never make a pizza for me. When I inquired if this was related to my inability to eat cheese, she accused me of discrimination (though I felt that way too) and requested my name for the regional manager. I pointed out that her regional manager is actually my boss, and in the end, I left without my pizza and no refund."
