Little Caesars Pizza

I expected the best Italian sausage ever, but I was left disappointed. And the breadsticks? Are you serious?

seemed to be having issues with pizza portal with multiple customers, also ordered custom pizza with no sauce bc a member in the party can’t eat tomato sauce and I thought ordering ahead of time would save time and they still put sauce on

The staff can be inconsistent. Some shifts are fantastic, while others raise questions about their training for front counter employees. The food quality also varies depending on whether the staff is adhering to the "hold before toss" policy. View menu

The staff was incredibly friendly. However, I was disappointed to find that, despite the signs advertising the pretzel crust as hot and ready, that wasn't the case at this location. There were several other options available, though. Overall, it's a decent pizza for the price, especially when you're in a rush.

I'm giving 4 stars only because the two young gentleman that were running the entire store themselves. It was packed Monday night and these two high school students kept their cool and did they best they could to take care of the customers. There should have been more people there to help them, but they were amazing and I was impressed with how they handled the amount of customers they had even better then most adults would. Pizza was hot fresh and amazing and that was impressive given how busy those two were. Thank you both for doing your best!

Ordered 3 pizzas and slices and stix and bread sticks with marinara and 2 garlic butter. 2 of the pizzas were burnt as was the bread stix. The slices and stix was half pepperoni pizza and half Hawaiian pizza not bread stix. They had to remake the slices and stix 2 more times to get it right. They remade the breadstix also. Disappointed after spending $42.00 and sitting in the parking lot for 2 remakes then going home a 2nd time to have the rest of my family done eating and i get cold food by myself.oh yea i got jalapeño cheese instead of garlic butter. I actually travel a far distance to come to this Little Caesars. I come here because I've always had exemplary service and great food. Today was a minor exception to the rule. I ordered my food and asked for it to be ready in 45 minutes which it was not. It was an additional 15 minutes afterwards that I had to sit and wait for it. I placed my order with a young lady named Holly and then eventually got on the phone with her again as I left to ask what the problem was. Her customer service skills and her good demeanor has left me still a happy Little Caesars of Massillon customer. As I'm sitting here eating my food it's still as delicious as usual. Thank you.

Not sure if this and the West Tusc location share the same ownership or not, but these locations are not managed well or have such low expectations of their staff that the overall satisfaction of the customer suffers greatly. Pizzas and other items look like they are hastily prepared without much care. I haven’t opened a box of either locations (most recently the Lincoln Way location) and thought, “that looks good” in a long time. Unequal distribution of sauces and toppings. An IDGAF cutting of each pizza. Different levels of cooking (over/under-done). If there aren’t higher expectations by management and ownership, then the staff is going to do just enough to not get fired. I can’t imagine...

I ordered a pizza with a custom request since I can't eat cheese and paid for it in advance. I was told it would take about 10 minutes, but after waiting 25 minutes, I returned to find them surprised. One employee rushed to the make line, while another told me it would be another 10 minutes. I was frustrated but decided to wait another 20 minutes. When I returned, I was met with the same excuse and was informed that they had relocated my order. At that point, I just asked for a refund because it was clear they were unable to fulfill my order, and I didn't want to waste any more time.
