"He yelled at us, as well as the group in front of us, insisting that we were holding up the game despite there being no one behind us. He demanded that we tee off practically right in front of the other players, who were in the middle of their second shots about 70 yards from the tee box. To make matters worse, he prohibited us from sharing any clubs, saying we each had to use our own.
This rudeness has really soured our experience. My friends and I frequent this course, but after several weeks of dealing with this ranger, we’ve decided we won't be coming back. We felt rushed through 18 holes, unable to take the time to properly set up our swings, which was very unprofessional.
When we tried to stand up for ourselves, another female staff member yelled at us to go play somewhere else, defending the ranger's behavior and telling us to keep quiet. We were also threatened with being unable to finish if we didn’t speed up, which was unjust since we were already playing at the pace of the group ahead of us.
I hope management addresses this situation because many people are likely to reconsider returning due to how we were treated. We had to rush through all 18 holes in under 4 hours, including a 15-20 minute break between the back and front nine. It was an incredibly disappointing experience."
