"We had placed an online order for 2 round pizzas. We placed our order around 5pm and did not get our pizza until almost 6:30pm. That’s way over the hour wait that is typical for online ordering. Upon receiving the pizzas they looked like the following pictures below. I ended up calling to inform the manager, (Morgan Chilson, who was a b about how our pizzas came to us well over an hour and not only that but they were messed up. She said and I quote, “I know this is Erika, and you know how a restaurant works”. Regardless of me previously working there, there was no reason for that comment to be made. (As a normal restaurant would be apologetic about a mess up they made I told her it doesn’t matter if I worked there or not, I’m a customer who ordered from this “restaurant” and I would like a new pizza and my money back. The only reason I wanted a refund was because we now had to wait OVER AN HOUR again for our pizzas. So in total we ordered our pizzas at 5pm and never actually got to eat our food until after 7:30pm. That is absolutely ridiculous. Very rude staff. Terrible management. Probably because the 2 managers are sleeping together. Regardless of this, I still do not recommend this Nirchis chain, as for when I worked there they had roaches. Do not go to this so called “restaurant” you might get a roach as a side dish LOL"

Frequents for lunch. The slices are a lil pricey but they're good n I don't eat much anyway. The one on Chenango st I think, next to Boscovs has pepperoni rolls for like 3$

I simply requested that my pizza not be layered, but the server did so anyway with a stuck-up attitude. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will go to Water instead.

We had a gathering and ordered 8 large pizzas and 2 gluten-free pizzas. The order arrived promptly and the delivery driver was very polite. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! View menu

I usually like this pizza place but recently it has just gone downhill! I ate a couple bites of chicken bacon ranch and there was BONE I spit out ….gross ! also whoever Morgan C is that works there is trash!

Best pizza in town! All locations are great, love the vestal location and the chipotle pizza they make! They seem to do more specialty pies but you still can’t beat Nirchi’s! A place so good they only have to compete with itself. View menu

Poor customer service from employees to the manager! Stay away! Go to Rossi?s or another pizza joint that appreciates and knows how to treat their customers! Please read the other reviews below from others who have had similar experiences! It doesn?tappear that the owner(s) care or appreciate their customers otherwise they?d hire decent people who know how to treat people andwho know how to cook! The Main St Binghamton location gives a horrible name to the Nirchi?s name!

I just called this restaurant to order pizza and wing for a friend who lost her daughter I was in north carolina and tried to order for my friend who lives in binghamton terrible customer service the dame that was answered was very rude and harmful when she asked to write a simple message of tammy on the box or it was reception she told me that she could not guarantee it As soon as that happened, I told her that I would order it from somewhere else and screamed it on the phone. I would never care for terrible customer service from here again and would simply be disgusted by these personal actions.

"Had a really horrible experience with Strange Brew after several years of going there occasionally for coffee and a dessert or a breakfast sandwich alone or with my husband and son. Ordered a Chef Special Salad. Description is “arugula, roasted beets, goat cheese, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, roasted pulled chicken, mustard tarragon dressing “ for $12 (an entree salad per the manager). There was a ton of arugula but very, very little of everything else — see photos. I was shocked when I saw this and immediately called them. I had already used my lunch break to pick up the salad so couldn’t go back to return it. The manager had me take photos and email them twice, talked twice on the phone, and then said the other ingredients only looked sparse because I had mixed up the salad. The side photo clearly shows little mixed below the surface. Why make me go to this effort and then insult me by suggesting I was hiding the ingredients. Manager offered to bring me a new salad but if he thinks the original is acceptable, then we’re back where we started. Plus it’s getting late and I don’t have any more time. I did the right thing by calling immediately and sending photos. That should have been the end of it with the charge being reversed on the unacceptable item, apology made, and asking me to come back to try them again sometime, or some normal response like that. Instead, he starts being subtly insulting and trying to negotiate half off since it’s like a side salad — but I didn’t order a side salad, it’s supposed to be an entree salad! I didn’t get what I paid for, end of story. This is 100% unsatisfactory. Beware of buying food there if this is how it can be, a rip-off. And you will be treated badly by the management to boot. Just read a few other reviews that were negative and the manager or owner gives a long defensive response, citing industry standards and supporting small businesses for why the complaint isn’t legit, even insulting another reviewer. The bottom line here is that a customer found their experience to be unsatisfactory, was asked to prove it by providing photos, was still not believed, a lot of time was wasted along the way, and the customer service experience was very negative. This is not the way it should go."
