"this place was terrible. I had to talk to four employees before I could actually get help. then I went to pick up my order, she asked where my drinks were, and the lady answered that they had not been made yet and then went away and began to cut orange. Meanwhile the barista was stuck in register and the line formed behind me by about 10 people. the barista was overwhelmed, asked for help and the other coworker ignored them. there was no communication between the staff. When I asked if they could make my drinks, I was ignored. Finally, the barista asked the other witness member to help again, she looked behind her shoulder and claimed that she did not realize that there were so many people waiting. but she knew I was waiting and ignored. the barista could finally start making drinks for a series of people who had already paid. then the other employee came by and began to inform me about how and where I could pick up my food next time. I had already eaten and I waited for my drinks to be made, and I had told them several times. then the manager came and asked what the problem was, I explained that no one would communicate with each other and get frustrated because they did not help, and I was there waiting for 15 minutes until someone made my drinks when eating was already cold and a line of about 10 people was helped before me when they were supposed to be behind me. I was in the lead first. in the meantime, the shippers wait for their orders and can not help. the manager insulted me to start screaming, told me to never come back, and if I did, she would call the police on me. I have explained everything I have tried to get my food that I had already paid and ordered. she became angry at me, followed me to my car and started screaming about the restaurant in and out and never told me to come again as she followed me to my car. the manager did this! she was a female, dark skin, short hair and wore a hat and apron. extremely unprofessional workers who do not communicate and skip the people in the line and have no sense of priority. invoked, mouthful, threatening and foul speech. I will never invite my family here or recommend this place to my friends."
