"From this Thursday we started Group Luncheon at my work every other Thursdays. This week, we went to Noodles Ranch at Thomas Rd Scottsdale Rd in South Scottsdale, about 10 12 min drive from our office. It 's a Vietnamese restaurant and for all the Girls including me (4 out of 5 , it was our first time. I ordered from Rice Plates category: #R2A: Do Bien xao cari Curry Sea Food (that 's how they said on the menu... Shrimp, scallops, mussels and calamari. It was a different kind of curry taste than what I 'm used to, even as Thai or Indian Curry (and I 'm Japanese . As I don 't like spicy food, but I eat mild curry, I asked the server how spicy it was. He said, about 2 stars . So, I decided to give it a try... First, I thought it was Oh! Salty! ... then, as I continued to eat, the spice started kick in, but it was tolerable and little by little I started tasting subtle sweetness... My coworkers ordered: From Vermicelli Noodle Salad Bowls: #V5 Bun Ga xao xa ot Wok stir fried chili lemon grass chicken From Vermicelli Noodle Salad Bowls: #V6 Bun Cha gio thit nuong Eggroll and grilled garlic pork From Wok Stir Fried Noodle Dishes: #M4 Yakisoba lo mein Fresh veggies, and house sauce From Vermicelli Noodle Soup: #BH* Bun Bo Hue Hot Spicy Vietnamese Noodle Soup Lean pork slice, beef brisket, beef sirloin in a hot chili lemongrass soup. Actually there is a plate of Veggies on the side. Sorry, I forgot to capture... It looked HOT (spicy , but he said it 's NOT REALLY hot... but it still looked hot to me. Overall, the food was pretty good and yummy. ŧ‹ ŧ‹ (o 'ч 'o ŧ‹ ŧ‹ And the restaurant had very low volume BGM which is VERY HARD to find nowadays..."

"Sadly still plucked by a rough drug use and crime in the neighborhood that allows Seattle, but so glad that we check it out as the food was delicious. I had the lemongrass chicken, which was exactly what I believed. Friend had the Combo Vermicelli noodle bowl. Both were fantastic and beautiful portions. The owners were incredibly friendly, and I loved the early 2000 hits they played. Will be back to try more menu items. Do not let the clogged windows you enjoy! (And shameful on Seattle that this can happen."

"The dining experience was outstanding. I have never tried Vietnamese cuisine in Vietnam, but I have sampled it in various countries. I had a conversation with the owner, who mentioned that he was born in Vietnam and it is his first language (despite not looking Vietnamese). The restaurant is a family-run business that has maintained the same menu for 40 years. It may be a simple and unassuming place, but the food is excellent, authentic, and reasonably priced. The restaurant is popular among medical students and professionals due to its close proximity to Tulane University and the medical center. Overall, I highly recommend this local spot!"

"I used to enjoy this restaurant before it changed its name. The pho I ordered had a very bland broth with almost no flavor. I asked for rare steak and meatballs in my pho, but instead got thick, fatty, overcooked meat that was tough and grainy. I had to remove everything from the soup and try to salvage the rest. I usually don't rely on online reviews, but the lack of understanding and refusal to offer a discount for the mistake made me want to share my experience. There are better places in Seattle to get delicious pho, so I do not recommend this restaurant for this dish."

"Recently, I went to pick up my takeout and noticed the bag felt unusually light. When I got home, I found there was hardly any food inside—definitely not enough for even one person. To make matters worse, it seemed like someone had dumped an excessive amount of salt into the dish, leaving me with a terrible headache afterward. I’ve decided that I won’t be returning; it’s simply not worth the money I spent."

"My daughter ordered pho, and I was disappointed to find that the broth had a thick layer of oil on top. Additionally, there was no basil served with the dish. After our meal, I noticed on my way to the restroom that other diners had much larger bowls of pho. I can't help but wonder if they reduced the portion because my daughter is small, even though the price was the same."

"This restaurant has been around since the late 1970s, when Dionne Warwick was singing about San Jose. Da Lat is a large city in central Vietnam. The food is good, but the decor is lacking. Prices are lower than most other places, especially the newer, trendier spots. This is a traditional Vietnamese restaurant, popular with an older clientele. The menu offers a variety of dishes, but Da Lat excels at rice dishes and cold noodle bowls. The pho may not be their specialty. The egg rolls and spring rolls were delicious. I tried the grilled pork chop rice plate, which was generous enough for two people. Locals, students, and even police officers dine here. Parking can be a challenge, with some people parking on the sidewalk. The focus at Da Lat is on the food, not the atmosphere. Nonetheless, many have been coming here for over 40 years."

"This is the best food in Houston it is my favorite place to go when I come to town. I highly recommend ordering the #82. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.It is also worth getting the avocado coffee for dessert. It is not what you think when you hear the name. It is fabulous is you like ice cream and coffee. The other cool thing is it’s BYOB so you can bring a nice bottle of wine without the high markups restaurants charge. I cannot wait to visit Houston again so I can visit again."

"Pho is one of my favorite dishes, so I decided to try the server's recommendation at Bahn Town. The spare ribs were wonderfully charred and saucy. The atmosphere of the Vietnamese restaurant is decorated with artwork that reminds me of street vendors, giving it a unique character with table side heaters and coffee cans for utensils. The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient despite the constant stream of take-out orders. The pho brisket was delicious, with the broth being one of the best I've ever had. The spare ribs, served with an egg roll, rice, and salad, made for a fantastic summertime meal. I can't wait to go back to Bahn Town for another affordable and tasty experience."
