"From this Thursday we started Group Luncheon at my work every other Thursdays. This week, we went to Noodles Ranch at Thomas Rd Scottsdale Rd in South Scottsdale, about 10 12 min drive from our office. It 's a Vietnamese restaurant and for all the Girls including me (4 out of 5 , it was our first time. I ordered from Rice Plates category: #R2A: Do Bien xao cari Curry Sea Food (that 's how they said on the menu... Shrimp, scallops, mussels and calamari. As I don 't like spicy food, but I eat mild curry, I asked the server how spicy it was. He said, about 2 stars . So, I decided to give it a try... First, I thought it was Oh! Noodles Ranch is decent, but it doesn't live up to the hype that many people give it. There are at least two other restaurants in Scottsdale that offer a better experience.

My friend took me to Noodle Ranch today, and I had the fried chicken lunch special, which was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning! The service was excellent, and I had a wonderful meal with great company from start to finish. View menu

First time here, dined in. Started out at a small table and then customers left, the waitress asked if we wanted to move to the bigger table, very considerate. The food was very flavorful and delicious, large portions, will definitely be back.

Got Pho?. I have tried pho all over the valley, and noodles ranch rocks! the portions are plenty large, the broth is perfectly seasoned, and the brisket was fall apart tender. (8.95). Also the spring rolls are perfect. Large pieces of shrimp, veggies and mint, with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. The staff here is so nice, they remember you everytime you come back and are ever so gratious. 2 thumbs up way up

My family and I are staying near by at a hotel. We stumbled across this gem and were glad we did. We walked in and it smelled like fresh herbs and deliciousness. We ordered grilled pork summer rolls, chicken pho, and pork vermicelli. All was delicious. The service was prompt and friendly. Our drinks were never empty and our table was bussed as needed to be. We were glad we stopped in. It was busy and for a reason. The place itself was pretty cute with a good feel to it. View menu

The food was amazing! The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was packed when we got there, so it was understandable. It was definitely worth the wait. I tried the pad Thai, and the portions were quite generous. Be sure to order the Phoenix Cake for dessert! Once the ice melts into the cake, it becomes incredibly delicious. I was unsure about the small amount of jelly on the side, but it ended up mixing well with everything! Even though I found that part a bit off-putting, overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back!

We love Noodle Ranch!! Great Vietnamese food, friendly fast service. The owners are very nice and treat you with appreciation. We love the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, all of the noodle and rice dishes. Delicious bun and pho and desserts with a French flair. I have never had a bad meal here! Oh and lots of vegetarian options, great value too. Edited 12/10 Still BY FAR the best Vietnamese food in the entire valley...It is always fresh, well prepared and the service is always fantastic. The owners are lovely people and Andre is a very talented chef...He has a cook book you can buy on line or at the restaurant and I have made several of the recipes and all have been great. Highly recom...

"For the past 2 weeks I?ve been trying to put into words how incredible my two experiences at Pizzeria Virtù have been. Let me first off start by saying the food is absolutely spectacular. True Neapolitan pizza is extremely rare to find in the US as it requires a certificate from a master from Naples. A lot of places advertise that they are and are met with cease and desist letters as it?s that strict to get a license to cook this type of pizza. Pizzeria Virtù exceeds anyNeapolitan pizza I?ve had anywhere in the United States. Their Compania is my favorite cause it?s a simple classic. The Crudo is also spectacular! I absolutely do not like mushrooms but let me tell you the Funghi may be one of the bestpizzas I?ve ever had. There are about 5 more pizzas on the menu that I need to try. There is also an appetizer that you will need to go back and get every time you go... The Burrata. Sourdough bread drizzled with olive oil, fresh madeBurrata that melts in your mouth drizzled in honey and nuts, and thinly sliced prosciutto that literally melts in your mouth like butter. This appetizer is the first thought I have every morning and the last thought before I go to bed eachnight. Not only will the food knock your socks off the service will as well. We were lucky enough to have Marshall both nights we went and let me tell you the guy is a mensch. He is the best server I?ve ever had. He remembered us and ourorders and even our conversations. He has an excellent understanding of the menu and it?s wine and alcohol pairings and his suggestions are paramount. With so many good options to choose from it was nice to just go with his recommendationscause he won?t steer you to anywhere but pure bliss. 10/10 couldn?t be happier with Pizzeria Virtù and with Marshall?s service. I can?t wait til I go back!"
