"I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this restaurant. However, I felt that the waitress was a bit rushed and seemed annoyed when I mentioned that the cappuccino/espresso was cold. Instead of apologizing, she simply expressed her surprise that it was cold. She did offer to warm them up in the microwave, which she did. Two of our guests voiced their complaints, and she kindly removed that charge from the bill, but the other two guests were too polite to say anything. I might consider giving this place another shot, but I’m not sure I’d want to have the same waitress again."

"For me, at like 10pm on a Monday night, this is a late-night go to! After doing the Edge 1,271 ft City Climb and then drinking at some bar for a while, I came here quite hungry. The Philly Cheesesteak really hit the spot! Big menu with enough variety to please everyone. The Red Velvet cake was also great! Fun and friendly service. Great location. Fantastic!"

"I visited the Terrace Diner on a busy Friday night and took a seat at the counter. I was promptly served water and ordered the Southwest Chicken Panini, which was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the fried onion strips that added an extra layer of flavor to the sandwich. The sauce was perfectly balanced and not too tangy. The meal came with coleslaw, fries, and a deli pickle, and I especially liked the sweet creamy coleslaw. The portion of fries was generous. For dessert, I tried the Reese's Peanut Butter Cake, which was also delicious and a great way to end the meal. I will definitely return to the Terrace Diner next time I'm in town and would recommend it for your next meal."

She processed my American Express without confirming the transaction, then immediately moved on to the next customer without providing me with a receipt or acknowledging that my transaction was complete. "Worth a visit. I was looking for fast food after a work training. The employees were friendly, helpful and attentive. Their soft serve ice cream is very tasty about 2.00 with tax for a small, which is definitely a good size, I had to take a bite before the picture was taken it was that irresistible! 3.00 and change for the sweet potato fries that were crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside! The mushroom burger was about 5.00, it was good, but a little too grilled in the edges. They sell fried okra, fried green beans, chili-dogs, and other items."

"They actually ruined sweetgreen for me.I always loved sweetgreen and eaten at multiple locations. "The restaurant experience was disappointing for the amount of money paid. I didn't receive the Root Beer Float I ordered, but instead got a straw. The biscuits lacked the promised "smothered" country gravy, and the country potatoes were dry and overcooked. The gravy itself was quite plain. The turkey sausage links were decent, however. On the upside, my over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. I may give them another chance by trying their pancakes next time."

"I've been a customer here for nearly three years, and I was really disappointed the other day when I called to place an order. I asked if someone could bring my food to my car because I have two kids, and getting them in and out of the car—especially in the cold—can be quite a hassle. They refused to bring the food to my car, even though they have done so in the past. I really love this restaurant, but this situation has left me feeling discouraged, and I will likely start going to B Greek and GreekXpress instead. Additionally, when I used to dine in, we would often be charged for extra tzatziki, which is not something I've experienced at other restaurants."
