"The quality of the food has steadily declined since the restaurant first opened. This visit we both ordered the breakfast sandwich which looked good on the menu. It came with a choice of salad or fries. We both ordered fries. After a long wait, our order arrived. The sandwich was a fried egg and american cheese and bacon on a simple store bought english muffin. Very simple, very disappointing with the exception of the spicy sauce. It was served with a simple arugula salad (just leaves and a simple dressing) and a bowl of fries for us to share. The waiter later explained there was some confusion in the kitchen about our order which is why we received the salad and fries. We both were shocked at the simplicity of the sandwich and would not order it again. We also ordered drinks. My friend had the **** Mary, but found it too spicy and didn 't drink it. I ordered a cosmopolitan which was ok, but the waiter seemed confused by my order. It was something I had ordered before with a group of friends and we all liked them. Also when I got home, Open Table emailed me to confirm that I honored my reservation because the restaurant did not check us in. I noticed when we arrived, they couldn 't find our reservation. This is the second time I 've been very unhappy the the food and both times my guests were not happy with what was served. I also find the staff to be very disorganized on the weekends and it seems they are now only focused on drinks more than food. I won 't be going back. When the restaurant opened, the food was VERY good and I enjoyed everything about the place. Its a common problem in San Francisco with new restaurants. They start off with very good food and over time it deteriorates."

"I love the premise of this place and think they 're doing a great thing. However, we 've had really only sub par or negative experiences here. Between slow service time, disappointing drinks, an overpriced menu, and servers being rude, it just hasn 'tbeen great. When we came the first time, we decided that we must have caught them on an off day. But that doesn 't seem to be thecase. Today my husband and I came in for Brunch to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. I ordered the red pepper Benedict, after waiting almost an hour, they brought the plate out abs the eggs were completely cooked through. I was like that 'sdiscounting, but oh well . I took a bite Ave the rubber texture was horrible. So I flagged April, our server, down and told her.She got kinda mad and it made me feel terrible. It wasn 't my fault that the eggs were wrong. She was rude the rest of the timewe interacted with her. Luckily we didn 't interact much since she left us hanging before the eggs were sent back and all butignored us after. The eggs they brought back were over cooked, too, but I was too nervous to let anyone know. How do you mess uppoached eggs twice like that? To make it things even worse, they didn 't refund us the meal that they messed up twice. They took40% off the Benedict. We got there right around noon and left at 2:30, so the service was bad and very slow. April was beingopenly rude to us at the end and was all but throwing things on the table. It made me incredibly anxious and I wanted to leaveas soon as we could. I really wanted to like this place. I really did. I love their cause and the idea is great, it 's just beenpoorly executed. All that to say we won 't be back, two chances is enough."
